Hair Loss Prevention

I ordered a bottle of NS shampoo. I use Niz every other day. Not sure if it helps but I have more hair than both my brothers. I'll add this shampoo in between Niz and hope the shedding stops.

You'll definitely love the n2shampoo bro.. Shedding has pretty much stopped altogether for me. Hair is looking thicker/fuller as well in a week of use.

When i read dime-sized, my brain says nickle-sized ;) HAHAHA! Just like when I read 600mg/Test a week I read a gram.

The smell is just plain awesome, intoxicating almost!!!

This is something I would HIGHLY suggest, because so many of the additives within the shampoo are proven in scientific investigations to PREVENT hair shedding and thinning - so you're in a much better situation to reap the rewards of this great product from NTBM when compared to someone already suffering clear signs of alopecia. DEFINITELY get a bottle or two, and enjoy!!! :)

Fair enough, Im just confused..

Ok you use it to wash your hair? But you dont leave it in there? So what are you meant to finish your hair off with? Most come with shamp and a con!

This is extremely hard for me to believe considering your a NTBM rep and these results usually take weeks to see, Not days.

Hi. Yeah, I actually leave it in my luscious locks of hair during the entire shower. I apply it to my head and massage it in, and let it sit there and just soak in while I move onto my face and body, so it has at least a full 6-8 minutes of 'idle time' to absorb. The suds it makes are so frothy, very rich. I like to get my scalp very wet first though, because I've read how Rogaine absorbs up to 70% (I can't recall the exact number) better with a freshly showered head.

As far as conditioner goes, I don't use any... N2-Shampoo basically has so much of a moisturizer built in, that it totally has cured my flaky scalp which was drying out from Spironolactone and Rogaine applications. Also, my hair is high and tight, about 1 inch long, so I don't really get tangles, haha!

I have also used Nizoral 2% for about four months now, and won't ever stop. I use it in conjunction with the new N2-Shampoo.

Something that I'm curious about now, is a person at work recently underwent chemo, and they are now using Nioxin to bring their hair back and the fullness/growth - is this shampoo really THAT effective at regrowth that a doctor would recommend it after chemotherapy?

Believe what you want bud. But I know it works and am damn happy. Hair has been shedding esp in the morning when i comb it. Well this past week I've noticed nearly no shedding. And my girl commented on how my hair looked thicker/fuller.

I've been dealing with thinning hair, esp in the front. So I'm just trying to share my experience with the product.

hi guys just a quick question
got some nizoral 2% and spiro tabs can i mix them with the nizoral or if not what have you found to be best to mix it with

Spiro tabs? So if you crush them up, you'll need to add them to a transdermal carrier. I believe this is what whole sale hair products website does anyway, my little container of 5% Spironolactone is chunky big time.

I'm not entirely sure what the most powerful and effective transdermal is on the market right now... things are always improving and evolving. I wish NTBM would release a standalone carrier solution to add ingredients to.

What more do you need than N2Shampoo???????????? Stuff rocks! :D

Haha, no no no... not anything I need more than N2-Shampoo, I'm a HUUUUUUUGE FAN. I meant a standalone transdermal carrier I can add compounds like 7-keto etc to for topical fat loss. Just add my own ingredients.

BarbelBeast, the contents of N2SShampoo certainly look promising, be careful of claiming its the be all/end all cure for hair loss. I'd like to see N2BM conduct a study (formal or informal) and post up the results after several months of MPB suffers using ONLY N2S before getting too excited.

That being said, it does look like a good product. Of the ingredients it contains that I've used, they do seem to be somewhat effective when used consistently. I'm going to order a bottle, along with my laser diodes :)

BTW, apologies to everyone for the delay on the 'laser helmet'. It's coming soon - just been busy as hell with the daily grind...

Of course it's not a miracle hair treatment. But I've noticed already less shedding and a thicker/ fuller look to my hair. Even my GF noticed it too.

I think you'll love the product. Been using mine for a month and I barely made a dent in the bottle!

Take care bud ;)

Thanks man, Ill be sure to post up a review after I've gone through a bottle or two. It does look like a quality product, and is certainly fairly priced!

NP man. I am really surprised with it. I've tried high doses of Vit E, Toco 8, Saw Palmetto, and recently tried Nizoral and none of them seemed to help at all.

Normally I shed a lot in the AM when I comb through my hair, now I'm lucky if I find 1 or 2 strands of hair on my comb!!!

So I'm very pleased with the product. Plus you'll love the smell! :D

BTW you did see my coupon code or know you can always use "Beast15" at the NTBM store for 15% off, right? Knock a little more off that already good deal on N2Shampoo!

I'm surprised I forgot to circle back around to Anabolic Minds to this mother-thread and share something with everyone here.

I wanted to let everyone know that I am finally able to openly, and honestly, HIGHLY recommend N2-Shampoo. In the beginning I was so thrilled, simply because I know NTBM is SERIOUS about quality and ingenuity. After receiving the product, the smell was instantly a favorite aspect of the shampoo, then I took note and spread the word about the amazing lather and moisturizer aspect of it.

Well.... now, after nearly a month of continued daily usage, I can tell an IRREFUTABLE difference that is VERY OBVIOUS in my hair shedding. Case in point, shedding hasn't been reduced, but it has BEEN ELIMINATED through the usual measure of checking my hair after a shower. I towel dry my hair, and the friction and drying ALWAYS causes hairs to detach and end up in the towel fibers which I always take mental note of because I dry my face next, and my eyes are always drawn to it.

For the last STRAIGHT WEEK, I have seen ZERO hairs in my towel. Z-E-R-O. What's more impressive, is that I have INCREASED my cycle dosages and compound in preparation for my 2011 Contest Prep!

Nice Outstanding. You're getting the same results as me. Dude I barely put a dent in the bottle for a whole months use. Really it's like and inch from the top!

I bet I got like 3 more months worth. :D

I just bought some of the shampoo today and I'm looking forward to using it but I have what's probably a dumb question. Will the caffeine in the shampoo get absorbed systemically? Or in other words is there any chance of it affecting my sleep if I shower with it at night?

And as long as I'm asking, how many times are you guys using it a week?

I'm not sure how much caffeine is in there but I don't ever feel a stim effect from it... I'm using it once everyday.

I feel almost like I found some new hidden miracle with this stuff. I can actually say if something unforeseen happened and it was discontinued or 'out of stock' for a long time, I would be emotionally distraught to a certain degree, no exaggeration. I am just forever impressed when something WORKS, because aside from needles and a few oral compound, usually I'm left entirely disappointed with what over the counter experience have to offer. NTBM BABY!!! :)

PS: I really lather it on like crazy, and I still have WAYYYY over half the bottle. I love the smell of mocha in the morning! :)

I have a feeling this is going to turn into a NTBM thread.

It's extremely hard for me to believe any of these posts about N2 shampoo considering they all come form NTBM reps. It's completely normal to shed a few hairs everyday... So when you make these ridiculous claims about how you don't have a SINGLE hair come out, Well it just makes me think you are full of crap and that you are pushing your product way too hard.

^^^ LoL... Ya, of course I still shed a few hairs here and there. What I'm talking about is shedding has almost completely stopped. Meaning I was shedding ALOT. Most likely due to being on cycle and this has definitely stopped it to "normal shedding" Which is I might find a hair or 2 in my comb. I wish I took some before pics up close cause my hair is also noticeably thicker/fuller. Its definitley strengthened my hairs without a doubt.

Sorry you feel this way jorsin.

I don't post something I don't agree with. And most others are the same way. What you'll notice is that those with some level of integrity are the ones who stick around. I'll also say this: I know before I was a rep, I had the same mindset as you. However, after becoming a rep, I have a new understanding. Our contributions for repping vary, but we are compensated with products from the company we rep. I'm not gonna lie, a bunch of worthless products wouldn't be worth my time lol. I'm on AM to learn, for friendship and to help others out - my repping doesn't conflict with any of those. The guys with join dates, post counts and rep power that show they've been around for a while aren't going to piss all that away for products that don't work. I'll step off my soapbox now. :)

On the other spectrum, there can in fact be zero shedding. At least to the point that is noticeable to our human eyes. I've always had thick hair and when I'd wash my hair, I never saw a strand - ever. Seriously, never did I find hairs between my fingers, in my palms, etc. But, over the past year, I've noticed that I shed every morning when I wash my hair. It isn't "tons" so to speak, but it's more than I'm comfortable with. So, yes, you can go from zero to shedding and vice versa.

There won't be enough caffeine in there for you to have any stimulant effect from it.

I will say, though, that I'm not entirely sure of the absorption and as I'm on a 100% stimulant break (1 month+ in, 2 months to go), I don't even want the 35mg of caffeine from a can of Coke zero, so I'm holding off until almost September. It sucks, actually, after hearing how great it's working for everyone else. I've been dealing with shedding for almost a year (maybe 8 months or so) and I'm not ready to go bald yet; especially since I'm not running gear (at least that's a reason where you get something good out of it, too lol). I've been uzing Nizoral for about 2 months and taking vitamin E for a month, too and haven't noticed any real benefit from it.

Needless to say I'm very excited to start my N2Shampoo when I have the chance. Tell ya what, I'll make sure to take a pic the day before I start and do some usage shots, too a few weeks in, months, etc. I won't say it'll mean much, though, because I get bored with my appearance and change my hair style (grow it out long, then buzz cut on a dime) and facial hair on a regular basis lol.

Ok, awesome story and input!

Anyway, wouldn't want a thread about hair loss to turn into a thread about a product that stops hair loss, would we!? I mean, nothing like that ever, ever happened with say.... another company in this same thread, regarding a product that isn't even formulated with an entire myriad of scientific finding to reinforce their statements and blend.

But yeah, I'm just selling my soul online for what equates to a few bottles of Need 2 Slin every month..... yep. I'm a teenager working for minimum wage with no formal education, full time career, etc. Oh wait......................

So you guys are using the n2 every day? Daily would definitely not be a viable option for me at all. Hopefully it works as stated for others.

Yes, daily for SURE. Sometimes twice a day, because I do cardio and train so much I shower often. I don't know what your reasons are for not using it every day, but the bottle lasts a LONG time, and if you shower every day, why not? It isn't like Nizoral that has to be spread out once a day AT MOST, or every other day, it's mild and actually moisturizes :)

I LoL'ed at your sarcasm! Great story. Glad you're still able to get your Need 2 Slin and N2 Shampoo.

By the way i'm not saying your products don't work, Because they do, or at least they did for me. But the comment on "I haven't lost a single hair" well it just makes me think of those commercials where someone lost 30lbs in 4 weeks.

Whatever happened to that hair loss product that RussianStar was working on? His blog post sounded pretty interesting.

This is what RS was talking about. Caffeine shampoo. :)

I am bosom buddies with sarcasm, we are one, haha. As BB said, I believe this is the same formula Russian was talking about. I remember ole' Russian, never seen any person in my life so sporadic on the forums, haha!

I can't believe how many pleas by PM I get to stop calling out N2, and here we are... unless you're talking about another company? I have a feeling this is directed right at Primordial Performance.

If you have any other problems with the way we talk about our products, please feel free to PM myself or any other reps.

Absolutely not... everyone is totally free to post and discuss anything they like. I suppose it's just the fact that I saw redundant (ultra redundant) threads about the fatty-acid product, and thought it was so over-the-top is could have easily been labeled as somewhat spammy. However, please know that I am not being sarcastic or tongue-in-cheek when I say I fully believe anyone should be able to post anything they like - it's a forum, and that's the entire purpose.

As a matter of fact, I have purchased, multiple times, from Primordial in the past, and had a nice experience each time.

Hey, I happen to actually like Need 2 Shampoo, sincerely, well over a month of daily usage now, and for the first time in years I have actually gotten a couple compliments about my improved hair thickness, even by my own barber without telling him exactly what I was doing. Is it a miracle cure? No, of course not... especially when I'm on Masteron and Tren. However, that, coupled with Rogaine, Nizoral, and Spiro... has as far as I can tell, 100% STOPPED my hair shedding, even on such a dynamic dht proliferating cycle. I'm super impressed to say the least.

The only thing I haven't done, primarily because of the money and time needed to do it... is make a homemade laser therapy tool or helmet. I love my hair and use a lot of money and time already to stall the loss of it, but I just can't see myself sitting at home during the 10 seconds of free time I have a day wearing a helmet, haha.

So, tell me more about this Toco product, and realistically how it benefits hair growth and health, and if its cost justifies its other primary function which is I believe to positively modulate cholesterol I think? I will keep an open mind through and through, and will listen to what you have to share. Thank you, and have a really nice day.

Also, cost is very low, 30 bucks for 2 months worth.

From personal experience. I used to use nizoral (mild hair loss from sebum build-up and also used for the anti-androgen effects on the scalp) and it worked alright. Dried my hair out though and I didn't like the idea of ANY of the nizoral going systemic.

I've been using toco-8 for... what... 3 months in a row now? And 2 months previous to that. I'll be using as a stable from now on. I no longer have any dandruff or sebum buildup and my hair loss is non-existant. No itchy scalp, etc.

It doesn't just stop at hair loss prevention. Here's a sweet ergo-log article on Vitamin E protecting the testes from damage during cycles: (Invalid Link Removed)

And some info from the website...

The specific ratio of vitamin E's in Toco-8 offer the following unique benefits -
  • Clinically proven to prevent hair loss and increase the number of hairs by an average of 42% (1)
  • Proven to help reduce cholesterol while improving the HDL : LDL ratio (2-5)
  • Maintains healthy artery function by reducing atherosclerotic plaque (6-8)
  • Helps support testosterone production by maintaining optimum pituitary & testicular function (9-11)

I believe Toco-8 is literally THE best supplement we sell as a company... not sustain alpha, andromass, endoamp, etc.... it's all about Toco-8.

Hey BBG, I want you to know I appreciate that and like that we were able to discuss it and you were willing to help out and offer some nice real world anecdotal results and citations too. Just a quick honest question, because budget is king, but do you know if any Vitamin E products exist like Toco, or would taking something close/somewhat similar yield the same results since it seems the E is the main component responsible for the great effects? NOT trying to avoid buying from PP, just trying to save money and test the waters - but if I don't have a choice, no big deal at all. Thanks, and repped :)

i dont reccommend products that dont work and i am a skeptic.
i would reccomend toco-8 though. i spent 3 months on/off/on toco-8 and it added volume to my hair that nizoral takes away. when i stopped it i saw that volume disappear. i dont think it would stop hairloss but as for maintaining the hair you have its excellent and has become a staple in maintaining my hair.
NTBM reps. if anyone wants to send me a sample of ur shampoo i will happily try it and give honest feedback. other than that. NTBM reps stop plugging your own products in this thread. You are all a disgrace.

Hahaha I feel like it's PP bs NTBM in here....Anyway, so I'm already doingNizoralFin 1.5mg Minox 5%Should I add toco-8? I keep hearing great things and I guess it's not too expensive.... Should I be using anything else? I'm diffuse thinning and it blows.

Haha looks like someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed, huh? As reps, we "plug" products that we have faith in. Just the same as anyone who chooses to rep for a company. Just like a PP rep stands behind Toco-8, we stand behind our N2Shampoo. If something doesn't work or if I don't like something, I don't put my word on it. I still haven't used the N2Shampoo since it has caffeine in it and I'm 8 weeks deep into a 12-week stim detox, but as soon as I'm done, I will use that in place of the Nizoral that I've been using. But I wouldn't suggest it if I didn't have faith in the science backing its ingredients as well as the results I've heard from friends using it.

Hope your day gets better :)

Every other day I mix N2-Shampoo with Nizoral in the shower, always making sure to wash my hair first and then letting the suds sit there while I finish my shower - so they sit there and have a good 6-7 minutes to really absorb. I love it, the combination is excellent. Great post Midwest :) Wait until you get to try it, give it a couple weeks, and your scalp will be fully hydrated and you'll begin to notice a nice up-trend in fullness and health. As rare as this is it says something, but even my own barber made a nice comment about my hair, which never happens since I'm thinning.

Oh, I paid for my N2-Shampoo myself, credit card and all :)

I just want to say Im glad I have a full head of hair(thanks mom). Only time I really experienced any shedding was on cycle. Nothing too crazy but enough to notice.

hey guys, I hear n2shampoo is what Samson used? Can anyone verify this??

Seriously though, I've seen nothing but good comments across the board about it. I know outstanding in particular has been posting about hair loss for quite a while now, and has tried A LOT of things. If he's impressed with it, I have no doubt it's something worth checking out.

As for me, I don't have any shedding problems no matter what I'm on. My hair is in a pony tail right now as we speak :)

Wait a second............ it all makes sense now! The Biblical story of Samson has NO GIRL in it! In fact, "Delilah" was merely a slang word for Tren back in those days, and God was trying to teach us the 11th Commandment: Thou Shalt Not Cycle without Proper PCT/Support Supplements!

Delilah came and took his hair... and after centuries of science, we now have Nizoral, Spiro, Rogaine, Need 2 Shampoo, and Propecia etc, HAHAHAHA!!!!!!
