Yes this I can also attest to. I started to have major shedding in 09. After supplementing with Toco 8 in 2010, all shedding stopped. My hair is long enough to reach down to the middle of my back, so this was a very important aspect for me.

Ebay is cheap, but I only found 2%...

Can you use this stuff anyways? It wont do damage right?

I have not found 3% at all.

Thanks guys! Maybe I misread my notes and the 2% is the increased concentration version for hair regrowth?

Anyway, thanks a lot for the advice on going to Ebay! I just won $200 which was sent to my PayPal account a few minutes ago in a writing contest I entered, so looks like I'm going to get some Nizoral!

DOES ANYONE HAVE SOMETHING THEY CAN SUGGEST ASIDE FROM ROGAINE/2% NIZORAL/AND ORAL SAW PALMETTO GEL CAPS to round-out my hair loss prevention stack while I'm on my next anabolic cycle starting soon?

Okay, finasteride no more. It dropped my DHT down to 22. Just above range, to below range. And my SHBG went up, and my total, free and bioavailable T went into the crap can.

I am secondary hypogonadal, and am thinking about stopping hCG, so I don't like have to take an AI and finasteride. hCG brought my testosterone up from the gutter to normal range, but it took my E2 and DHT along for the ride, and beyond range.

1) Any thoughts on taking aromasin alone, for secondary hypogonadism? I've read some good things. I know it's going to send my testosterone to the levels many seek. But I've read that, for some, it puts them in mid rang, and that's fine for me. I am not looking to be in a highly anabolic state. Just healthy and not easily fatigued. Putting on muscle is never an issue for me. Fatigue such that I couldn't get to the gym, or pain so bad I couldn't get back to the gym, was -- prior to TRT.

2) What are the latest thoughts on topicals? I have azaleic acid, topical keto, and nizoral. I use rogaine 2 times per day. I have some spiro oral, and was thinking about dropping 1 in my rogaine solution.

I dont want to be a slave to this stuff, but if adding some topicals regularly helps, I'll do it. And if taking aromasin (or arimidex) by itself puts everything including DHT in mid range, that may be the answer as well, and make the topicals less important.

Hair loss started when I went on hCG. So removing that may be a wise place to start.

Thanks in advance for constructive advice.

bump as we now have 20 intervening messages, LOL. i get it, toco-8 is kick ass, and someone can't find nizoral 3%. (i get generic 2% via prescription for $10, lasts 2 months.)

C'mon dude, toco-8 may be great, and I hear good things, but I have specific questions that keep getting blitzed. Equal access bro. Let some brothers help another.

Damn that is a head of hair! Lol

I just turned 34 this month so im lucky that I still have all my hair. Ill be cutting it all off soon though, its too much of a hassle to deal with. Ive still got several bottles of Androhard so the toco 8 will stay present in my stash.

Annoyed bump.

Haha, for REAL!

WE GET IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Toco 8, repeat, replay, copy and paste. Can we move ON NOW!?

A buddy of mine, totally legit, said Toco 8 did nothing for his hair. He had to go back on spiro cream, and fin EOD. So it doesn't work for everyone.

Hi everyone,

Just made my purchase the other day... here is what I got altogether for my cycle starting next week!

-5% Minoxidal
-2% Nizoral
-Azelaic Acid
-5% Spironolactone
-Saw Palmetto Extract gel caps

Been on Minox/Rogaine for two years straight now... the shampoo will be used once every other day, and the creme and A-acid will be used sparingly at first to assess tolerance.

Can anyone recommend some of the better laser combs on the market today? I just re-started my hair loss prevention/recovery regimen after not needing it for a few years, and now I want to get every weapon possible in my arsenal! Cost is no object, I want the best. Thanks!

The OP suggested making your own! You can save money and have complete control over the power and construction.

Say I have no issues with hair loss, but I shed every year and freak out..

Is it K to take
5% minoxidil (doesnt sound too appealing)
Nizoral Shampoo (2% Ketoconazole) (seems to go for just general use)

And maybe Toco-8...

Could i damage my hair by taking these????? Im just thinking, even to use once a week or something just to be safe??? I like my hair, people in my family have thin hair but me.. Im 28.. Ive noticed a touch of hair loss... but not that much considering...

Just wanna make sure its safe to use this stuff.. Im also scoping new shampoos and stuff.. I heard u gotta watch out for certain chemicals, looking for natural products.

:)

I am not so sure on the effects of the shampoos, I personally have no experience. But the toco-8 is not damaging at all, completely natural and has a host of health benefits.

Same on the toco-8. I'm about to get a prescription for Nizoral from where a friend works as a nurse. Free nizoral 2%? Take me there.

I don't even have hair loss, I just want to maintain. Pledge allegiance... to thick hair :usa2: :lmao:

Toco-8 made it thicker though, as I feel like I've already told people in 8 separate posts in the past 2 days.

Orange Triad by controlled labs is on sale I think, it has tocotrienols in it as well.

Orange Triad is a great deal as a multi. Quality forms of ingredients, joint complex, immune/digestive complex and a bottle lasts 45 days

Sounds a lot like Vital Core, which is my long time favorite multi, even the 45 servings are identical. I'll have to compare the prices, but I already take a joint complex and fish oils, whereas Vital Core has a greens complex built in.

Does anyone else like the look polysorbate 80 gives hair when it's in? I swear my hair looks thicker when it's in, I wonder if it can be left in as a styling aid? Any thoughts?

I'm not sure about that product, but a lot of sculpting gels or thickening gels just have some fiber built in to give the visual look of thicker hair, but they do nothing to reinforce the root cause or regrowth unfortunately.

Yes Toco-8 is getting great feedback on regrowth and also a good choice for optimal cholesterol levels.

hey is it easy to get propecia prescribed? i am only 21 but i have been experiencing male pattern baldness already for 3 years and i want to stop it. just wondering if you guys think the doc will give me a problem with prescribing it?

Is there a natural supplement stack ANYONE can take to give there hair the strongest chance???

Nothing in which can cause it damage, only vitamins or hair care which would aid long term?

Hey guys, just an update here...

Looks like our friends at the FDA just shutdown minoxidil.com, a real quality source for hair care products. 15% minox is available plenty of places, as well as 2% Nizoral, so sourcing the products you need isn't a problem.

Not at all, just go see your doc and let him look at your head. If you want to be on the safe side, schedule some bloodwork a few months down the road.

I've been using Toco-8 for months and my hair is thicker than its ever been since I started treating my MPB 7-8 years ago. I can't say that's the Toco-8 doing that, but its the only thing I've added to my daily regimen.

Proper sleep and taking care of your body are your best bet. Unfortunately, if MPB is your DNA chances are you'll lose your hair eventually.

Since some of the other sites are already mentioned and linked here, can you please go through a list of good trusted sites for the 15% Minoxidil and 2% Nizoral?

I actually purchased a good order from wholesalehairproducts, but always want to keep my options open.

Also, the Minoxidil pamphlet that comes in the boxes says using the product more often or applying more than 1ml will not increase ultimate effects - so, how would tripling the concentration help? I notice Minoxidil makes me scalp flake and get dry at only 1ml a day.

So stuff like regenepure is a waste of time?

Everyone in my family has thin hair but me.. it's odd.. so i freak out! But im K i spose.. I just hate washing my hair and having 5-6 hairs on my hand! LOL

Anyone have any studies regarding dutasteride vs. finasteride ??

I would highly advise you to stay away from both - I've taken both, but way more than my own experience a lot of other users point out the huge flaws in taking these compounds while on cycle, or even off cycle. Side effect, including ZERO sex drive have all been reported that seem severe.

Nice! We are running a coupon right now for buy one, get one half off. Use TOCOPLUS just before checkout ;) It's good till the 11th

Can I just voice, respectfully, what many other people here are thinking and have made known to me and publicly? Can we please move on from Toco8 as a hair loss prevention intervention and discuss what has been either proven or manufactured for this function specific purpose. This is an extremely and severely important goal and aspect of this lifestyle for countless men, and I think it would serve everyone well if we could slightly curtail the soft-selling and subliminal marketing that has been running rampant in here.

How long before you noticed the sides and how long after quitting fin did they go away?

It was kind of lengthy actually, at least three months until all side effects subsisted. As far as the onset of side effects, Dutasteride seemed somehow less harsh, even though it's far more effective at total DHT eradication, but both kicked in by beginning of my second bottle from the pharmacy.

did you notice any effect on strength or body composition?

I've taken both.. I think I am slightly fatter since taking avodart and have found it a little bit harder to lean on.. The sex drive question is a valid one, mine has been kinda flat lately and I am debating whether to stop the avodart for a few weeks and see what happens.. I am running topical Dermacrine (as well as Fadogia) at the moment and have had absolutely NO increase in libido.. If anything it seems flat.. I had a blood test a few weeks ago and it's in the norm.

More info to come...

Voice heard man. Trust me, when PP was making their claims about Toco-8 and hairloss I was the first to raise my hand and call BS. Search for it, the thread is around here somewhere.

I'm not saying that I can prove that Toco-8 has helped me with my MPB, only that with it in my supplement regimen my hair loss is less of an issue. I know it is purely anecdotal, but I'll convey my opinions to everyone here. Research Toco-8, if you think it would make a good supplement for you by all means try it. You may or may not notice an improvement in your MPB symptoms. I have, and I'm not saying its due solely to Toco-8. Only that I am taking it regularly, and my hair looks better than it did before.

I take any product claim in this thread pretty seriously. Check who the OP is. :D
