h-drol question...

hey all

I'd like to start a cycle in a week or two. Ive read a lot about h-drol, p-mag, and m1,4add on these forums and others. Most of them say that m1,4add is great for strength and so is p-mag, but there is nothing on h-drol giving strength. I'm choosing h-drol because its a dry compound, but I would really like some strength gains. What I'm trying to say is... I know that H-drol is not taking for strength, but will it increase my strength noticeably?

In any case, my cycle would look like this...

H-Drol - 75/75/75/75/100
Cycle Assist and Fish Oil

PCT - Nolva - 20/20/10/10

I highly appreciate feedback because I really want to spend my money wisely.

Ya u will get strength on Hdrol. I used Turinabol LV so its different but the same. Noticed an 80 pound jump in deadlift and an 80 pound jump in squat. And it wasnt noob gains thats for sure.

If those stats r current I would suggest bulking up some more naturally.

Strength gains rocked at 150mg for me. It's a little high but I took all the necessary precautions(support supps)

go ahead man...

you will like a lot of h-drol....trust me hehehehe

I'm not sure what that means, but :bigok: lol

Yeah, I think I'll start with 75 for 4 weeks and 100 for the fifth for my first cycle. I'm on day 2 of cycle assist. So, I might post a few entries on my experiences with h-drol.

agreed, you need a solid diet and training program and you could get bigger naturally. As you plateau you can consider adding supps to keep gains/growth coming

Initially, I would suggest the same, but some people can be very in shape at 5'9" 155. For instance, Roger Huerta.

I can tell you with no ego. I look just as in shape as he does.

I mean my waist was 32 when i did the get big naturally approach. I ate pretty clean too. I was 170 and forgot what abs looked like. I lost a lot of bodyfat and gained back some muscle with a different approach. Not AAS, but a different natural approach. 3 months later I gained 3 pounds and stopped gaining. I took Natadrol and now I'm 156, except now my shorts are a 28 waist and they're getting kinda big on me...oh and I bought them 1 week ago. At some point my gains just become fat.

Then again what do I know.

I'm on day 5 of h-drol...only day 5...but I already know what you mean. =D
I started with 75mg and I'll run it like this - 75/75/75/75/100.

Hey would you know if I could take ghenerate and i-gh1 while on h-drol?

Edit: Nevermind the question...i got the answer. I gotta do it before my joint pain drives me up the wall. =P

i know i'm coming in a little late on this discussion but i feel like i gotta comment lol. i'm running a cycle very similar to this and its also my first. im midway through my 3rd week and dude the hdrol rocks. my strength is going nuts. weight is coming on with no fat as well which is really nice.

you talked about joint pain...how much fish oil are you getting in a day? i'm going at about 10ish grams a day and my joints are feeling great.

also about the precycle weight. i think generally the advice to get up to 180+ is a rough guideline to stop kids who have really never found out what works for them and have never built a solid strength and physique base from going out and screwing up their endocrine systems with ph's. its a totally correct and well founded guideline, however, there are some guys, myself being one, who have seemingly hollow bones. i'm 5'9 163 as i sit here typing, but my strength is on par with most guys who are my height and 180-190...while my physique is similar to the dudes weighing in the 175-180 range. there's so many different genetic and individual factors that go into how much a person weighs. I think strength levels precycle are a good indicator of how ready someone is to jump on the ph train...jmo though...take it for what its worth as i'm only 3 weeks into my first cycle and these dudes have run countless cycles.

I hear what you're saying. Let me tell you this... in december of 2007, I had mono (kissing disease). For one month, my fever never hit below 100. A good day was actually 101. Mono was like a one month catabolic thermogenic on crack. I lost 15lbs of everything. My weight in january of 2008 was 123. A few months later it was safe to lift. I was 130 in April 08. I did research on powerlifting and lifting in general. Learned about protein and multi-vitamins and all that good stuff. Fastforward to July 2009. I was 170 for 4 months. My weight did not budge. I remained 170 for a while until I dropped to 165 in the spring of 2010. I had gained lots of muscle, but the amount of fat that I had was getting embarrassing. So, I went on a cut. I dropped to 153 in a month or less. I decided to start over. I was 153 from the end of May until a 3-4 weeks ago. I'm on Day 9 of H-drol and there is no one that can convince me I made the wrong decision. Many people can claim that diet is to blame. I counted calories, used fitday and took the small amount of advice that people gave regarding nutrition. There's only so much you can tweak until AAS is needed. I have flat feet, scoliosis in my chest, winging of my left scapula, and my right femur is parallel to my left only when my right foot is turned out 30 degrees. I'm in no denial about my bad genes. The point is, I have a goal. No matter how I have to get there I will achieve that goal. As long as I'm safe and healthy, I don't see how the means of getting there matter. People can claim that they had to work "harder" to get to a more powerful state than I am in right now, but what is hard for you maybe impossible for me. Effort is relative. Therefore, its all BS and it doesn't matter. My philosophy is that as long as you're doing all it takes, nothing else matters.
