This is an open forum tough guy. If you wanted your message to be private you should have sent a PM (Private Msg.) just in case you don't know what it is. BTW, I think its funny that you can't take someone "busting" on you. Just because your on the internet and not in person you think you can say what you want with no fear of being punched in the face, and thats fine but one day you'll grow up and realize that you should not "bust" on people unless a.) they have busted on you or b) they have busted on someone else without good reason or c) you actually know them quite well.

Grow up and learn some respect.

Respect? You talk about respect?

Did you respect me? No.

Did you attack me, and call me a douche without me EVER having conversed with you or even acknowledged your existence? Yes. I can handle the give and take...but there's a difference between busting balls and insulting someone. You insulted me...I replied in kind.

Listen, I am not here to argue with anyone, and, understanding that my comment to Ageless might have been misguided I apologized and cleared the air. As far as I am concerned, that should be enough.

I'm done with this issue. How YOU proceed from here is beyond my control and, quite frankly, beyond my concern.

I am a grandpa alright, I have 3 grand - daughters ages 19, 16, 14. The little angel in my avatar is my last child, she is 4, and she truly is an angel.

She is the result of lots of love, a 10 day cruise to the Caribean, and "clomid".

Im sure it wont be long if I am lucky, to be a great-grandpa!!

Good for you. I am 43 with a 6yo girl. Best little girl has brought out the best Dad I've be been to date. My oldest two are 20yo girl and and 18yo boy. I'd have 6 girls if I could do it again. Not quite ready for the grandpa role :D

I'm 46, and I have two boys, 16 and 12. The joke around our house is that we're growing up together. They've made me a better person, that's for sure.

But to have had a little girl would have been truly special, I think.

IMPE girls are easier. They go though 'periods' and come out the other end knowing their Dad's were there and they seem to appreciate it and love them even more.

Boys are just a long drawn out period. Some maybe less than others. But my 18yo son is as dumb as a bag of rocks sometimes. He's intelligent, just not real quick on the uptake sometimes. We revisist the same issues over and over...just like me ;)
 
Ageless & B you guys are an inspiration to me...not because of anything you do in the gym...but because you get to hear "daddy" everyday from the sound of a daughter's voice.

I can't imagine that there is any sweeter sound than that...

...I just turned 42. I have no children but the thought of having a daughter or two just melts my heart...

...that is my primary reason for attempting to achieve hormonal balance... I want what you guys have. :)

That's why we have mama's boys and daddy's girls. God made us with a heart for the opposite sex. Kinda smart ain't He?
 
Hey AGELESS. When did you start HRT(what age)? Also, what dosage does your doc have you on? I'm just taking notes for the future. I'm going on 37 and I don't plan on slowing down anytime soon. Thanks for the inspiration, I won't start HRT until i need it. Looking solid Grandpa, keep on rolling.

well my friends...It looks like I have hit a small bump in the road of life. "Pulmonary Fibrosis" on my left side.

Now I know why it takes me about 4 hours to do a 1 hour workout...and always seem to be out of breath.

I am thinking WTF it could always be worse.

All my other parts still work....so far!!

Damn Ageless, i am sorry to read about this.

I don't know much about it other than causing scar tissue on the lungs. What prompted you to have the MRI done?

I wish you all the best in dealing with it.

Hey stop the self pity. You are a well-loved man surrounded in beauty TODAY. Nobody no matter what their age knows about tommorrow... so take each day as it comes and soak up the sweetness of the day ...and although the other is a serious part of your life don't let it take away from all those small joys that make you happy.

Someone said that this was good advice ....but the real trick is to not let the two woman ever meet....lol
 
Very impressed. Would love to work out with you and pick your brain. I have a couple of buddies in their 50's that work out and they keep me motivated. I hope I can keep the joints in good enough shape to be able to work out until then.
 
Rolling....how old are you ? We seem to be almost the same size...I am 212lbs....but alas I am short 5' 7"...it would be great to talk...ageless
 
I will be turning the big 40 next month. It's been hard staying healthy lately, shoulder doesn't want to heal. You got me beat! You are leaner then I am, need to hit the cardio harder, more like some! I live in Kentucky and have a couple good buddies who I lift with that are in their 50's and they never seem to stop amazing me with there love for the sport.

Hey really appreciate that...thnx...btw my 33 year old GF agrees with you :)

but pretty soon I'm going to have to ask A-Rod to hook me up with some "bole" ...it aint getting any easier!
