Pretty damn awesome Ageless! You look better than any of the 30 something guys at my gym. Your wife's a lucky woman ;)

They do ask...all the time, I think its because of the white hair..and they think Im older than dirt. Wish I had all the answers - but they mostly ask about women. (Im in my 4th and final marriage) That I DO have alot of answers too !!!

The trick is to give your woman everything she wants, but you need to find a woman who doesnt want something you cant give her...

I guess that why I haven’t settled down yet and again...maybe because I'm having too much fun to settle down. :)

On a lighter note, when I see your pics, I remember an episode of "Home Improvement" (Tim Allen) where he's 65 and he's all muscular doing backflips and lifting dining tables with one hand.. looked exactly like you!

I want to look like you when I'm 60+

my legs are so bad they wont let me wear shorts in the gym.
I wear original 501 levi's - i wear them so thight zippers wont hold - so i only trust buttons.

One of my contests when I turned 50, my first year in the masters 50 and over, I was beaten by a guy who was 61 and stepped down in class. Phenominal!

Great job, glad to see other "geezers" still in shape out there. Impressive. Curling up and dying is not an option. I am going out kicking and screaming in the gym!

No, I will today. I have no "progress" pics to guage by, just me now. A few from years ago I guess I could dig up, but will post what I can find.

Will be 54 in a month, I admire your progress. I have been in this game for the better part of 30 yrs., and preach anti aging and quality of life. You are a model of such.

Ain't that the truth! Find a chick that actually has a defined point were see is pleased. A woman who knows what she wants and you actually possess it. BTW, looking sharp Ageless!
 
You need to get your bodyfat down. Work on bringing up your pecs and delts. Throw in some bicep work. Don't worry it will all work out. :rofl:
