GW 501516/LGD 4033 Recomp to remember

Heckuva workout! I got tired just reading it!

Have you weighed yourself lately? What is the effect of the GW on your weight?

About a week ago I was either undeating or too much cardio so I drop 3 lbs quick, I'm trying to recomp since I think I'm light enough but still have a lot of fat. I'm definitely leaning out a lot overall, I just need to eat more since I do a lot of cardio on somedays.
 
Just realized I forgot hamstrings today so I'm going to make this leg day quad dominate and add more hamstring workouts on my strength day.
 
I need to build my hams some more... My quads are well developed but I haven't got the ham sweep that I want.

I feel you man, my leg in general are weak and small. Once I start bulking I'll get them up quick but as of now I'm just going to hit those bitches hard.

how's suppression with LGD for ya?
 
Libido is normal too, maybe a little higher. I had a little shoulder problem and it has been better while on this too.

Yea, next time I'll be doing a higher mg and longer when I bulk. I didn't know it should have been a longer cycle but I have 2 more weeks left and GW will ride out a little longer then 2 months, just ordered a second bottle and bumping it to 20mgs.

Doing cardio now

Endurance is still awesome, muscular endurance is there; its easier to noticw it after a day of eating. Had little rest during heavy BB bench press and still hit normal numbers. Weight myself at 155 today in morning before eating or drinking anything, weird how it a week ago I was 153; maybe I was holding water. Overall good ass workout.

Upadate: Didn't hit the gym today and won't have time Friday. I have legs/arms/abs tomorrow and will post a one month before and after pics Friday morning.
 
I'm noticing my right elbow is in pain and i assume is inflamed. It feels like a sharp pain especially when i flex it, anyone knows what it sounds like if they can make a small diagnosis?

Well you did a lot of chest and triceps work yesterday so it may be semi aggravated but that's just my guess. I know my elbows get a little sore if I go to heavy on close grip bench
 
Thanks guys, only got legs today so my elbow can rest till Monday. Probably won't do arms, just abs. I'll ice it and get some more ibuprofen.

Nice work man you can't Tell that you are leaning out your back looks more defined and you can tell that you are losing fat around the mid section
 
Interesting. I'm in on this. I was thinking about picking up some GW and stacking it with albuterol when I decide to actually do a real cut. Nice work so far.

Lol yea I was think about that , I didn't realized till I looked at both pictures lol; thanks. If you would take a guess what %bf you think I lost? The beginning i was 17.6-8%. My elbow feel perfectly find so I may just go to the gym tomorrow and do some arms and check my bf% too.

That sounds like a nasty cutting stack, I read ALCAR is great to stack with GW so if you can get your hands on that you should. Thanks!

I. am really bad at guessing fat percentage but can say you have lost a solid amount in a short time

Same here lol and true, tomorrow is my 1 month mark and I have another on the way so I have about a month and a week or two of GW :D. This is just the beginning! I look like im getting back to my old bf% and maybe lower by the end.

I lift early in the morning usually but I lifted in the afternoon around 500pmish a couple of days ago, took a fat burner sample and acute fx. Didn't fall asleep till around 5am lol. What else should I look out for?

I heard people talk about tingly hands, but that's a symptom of hypoglycemia to. So I'm not sure if it's Gw related or improper carb timing.

Oh ok, I never had that issue that I remember. Just headaches at night and sometimes during the day.

I ran gw 20mg a day 60 days no sides what so ever I was carb cycling and in keto some weeks so not sure where people are getting hypo feel

Now that I think about it, it sounds like symptoms of low BP. How did you GW run go?
 
Hit back/shoulders/some biceps. I'm realizing I can't use stimul8 in the morning anymore, it was never lifting fasted but stimul8 that made me nauseous in the morning even after eating. I probably not going to get any stronger in GW, I always knew it converted muscle fibers to slow twitch but I never knew it was bad for strength. Shoulder was acting up today for some reason, its been 90% good for a while until today. So here it is.

Joints were inflamed again but I woke up and they were a little better. I had chest today so it was a little hard benching but it wasnt the worse day.

Actually I'm still the same weight and leaner, no weight gain but I'm going to weight myself tomorrow morning. I'm shooting for a recomp and did expect some weight gain but didn't get any, I have 6 days left of LGD left.

Edit: I believe it would shine better on a lean bulk and/or higher dosage IMO.

How much LGD are you taking right now? What would the suggested dosage be, if you did another cycle? Did you hold water on it?

I'm at 8mgs from 4mgs, if I did another another one I would do 12-18 on a lean bulk so I don't get anymore(or not to many) stretch marks from weight gain, and no water that I can feel; I feel vascular throughout the day depending on sodium/water intake.

Good to know ! Will start my LGD cycle in 3 weeks with 8mg- and up it to 15-18 mg , I guess.
No before- after pics?
