GW 501516/LGD 4033 Recomp to remember

As I understood, you have finished your cycle, right ? Any pics to make a comparison ?

Not yet, I have a little while before GW is done. After my pct I will be doing another LGD cycle but for 3 months at 12mgs and will log is since I'll still be recomping. I will be taking a prostate support while on it.
 
How did you like this run bro? I'm assuming it was good enough to give it another run?

GW was ok but would be way better stacked, not something I'd take solo again. LGD I didn't take long enough to find out its full potential but notice my recomp was more dramatic while on it.

Just finished up shoulder and traps and it so hard for me to just focus on reps when I use barbells but I try lol. Tomorrow I'll just be using vital1ty so I can sleep after the gym since I work nights so I'll see how that is solo.

Was exhausted from with these past days but I'm still leaning out and I have chest, triceps, and legs tomorrow.
 
Now that I'm on LGD, I strongly believe that success is dose dependent.
The recommended 10mg daily will not do a lot, if you are 180lbs +, Imho.
I'm aiming for 18-20 mg for bulking now and may drop it for DMZ- or plain Dianabol, if it does not show the desired effect.
Remember, at higher dosage it will suppress you anyway.

I'm still 155 but Xcel sports has a LGD epicatchen supp, its 12mgs a cap and 300 or epicatchen plus other stuff. That I will be getting this Tuesday. I agree yea it is dose dependent and Xcel sports LGD has 90 caps at 12 mg of LGD a cap. Its 65$ and worth it since at a cap a day it wud last 3 months.
 
Did chest, triceps and legs today. Can't say if it was good workout or not, volume was somewhat there but not weight. I went threw the workout really quick and had one of the nicest full body pumps in a while.

Felt great, I love Conqu3r lol I was getting veiny as fuarkkk and the pumps man....they are something. Starting to notice that its not only guys that check out women but they check us out to lol I saw at least 3 ladies check my ass out. Well **** its a feel good day and I'm leaning out at the same weight. Saw the whole thing about PN leaving the anabolicminds board and well.....what ever **** happens. I saw in my blood test my cholesterol was low and I have really good endurance(GW) and while I was on LGD my recomp was a lot faster. Well once I start and get Xcels Epicatchen LGD product I'll be moving this to another thread.
 
Shoulders and traps today. Past couple of days my confidence is up, not saying its because of what I'm on but well....I just put it in there lol. Getting a mohawk, Xcel LGD Epicatchen, and a weight lifting belt today! Took a pill of boost with conqu3r today and it was great! Its going to be a good day.

Hit chest, triceps, legs, and abs today and it felt great. I'm going to try to get my bf% tested soon, I'm assuming I dropped 1.5-3% but I'm just guessing. Top two abs are noticeable when fleeing them finally.

Great job! Changes are most noticeable on shoulders , upper arms and chest . Waist got slimmer too !

I have 1 week of GW left and I get Xcels LGD Epicatchen tomorrow, I will be running it at one cap a day for 3 months. 12mg of LGD, 300 of Epicatchen, 125 of 1dhea, 100 of laxo, and 25 of arimastine per cap.

Bro i ask the company and they said that the label are wrong and is 3cap =12 mg of lgd and everything else

I read that before but I'm still most likely going to buy 2 more bottles around the 3rd week of the 1st and 2nd bottle.
 
Back, shoulders, bis, and abs. I have a good workout but it was not a normal one. I feel like i didn't hit shoulders too much or lats but I know i did lol. My workout was way different then usual today.

Thanks and I'm not even sure lol I'd say the preworkout helped a lot. I was extremely jolted from the preworkout samples today.
 
Ok so I'll be starting this tomorrow and it should be here today. Also I'll post up a log new log once I get it. Taking a rest day today and I have chest, legs, ticeps, and abs tomorrow.
