GW 501516/LGD 4033 Recomp to remember

Good to know ! Will start my LGD cycle in 3 weeks with 8mg- and up it to 15-18 mg , I guess.
No before- after pics?

I posted them up before and I recommend it to be at least between 2-3 months, mine lasted 6 weeks and only 4 of them were 8 mgs.

Front squats left me bruised green and blue on my upper arms when holding cross armed. Have the same problem and dropped front squats entirely.
 
Alright I'm changing stuff up, well not too much I'm just going to go from a recomp to a cut and up cardio a lot.

My issue with that stance was it wouldn't stay still and the other stance was that my forearms or something isn't that flexable. I'm going to drop it too and do the landmine squat, it looks good.

Same here, couldn't get my elbows parallel while holding with three fingers the bar and did the arms-crossed variation instead. I really loved front squats at first, they truly give you overall strength, but as the weight got up, the bruising on my upper arms got worse.

Damn front squats, I guess they ain't for everyone lol. I use to love em too I don't know what happened lol.

Just finished up legs and I think I'm going to throw out stimul8. Took a scoop and it once again destroyed my stomach, I wanted to do calves, arms, and abs but I was in and out of the bathroom. Plus my stomach was all bloated and I was nauseous.

This week sucked; the day after back I was shot for shoulders, shoulder was irritated during chest, today I felt great but the preworkout messed me up. Did very little cardio too. Diet was pretty good though but I was I ate less because of the lack of intensity.
 
Some of those heavy stims do that to me to man. Tbh Olympus labs non stim pre is one of my faves when I'm taking a beak from stims

I might have to lol. I haven't had a break in a while. I might actually get that and albuterol to end my recomp before I start lean bulking.
 
Hey guy I will be ending this early, I think my prostate is inlarged so I'll be discontinuing GW and see how I am in a week or so.

I would say the LGD is the culprit. Newer got any sides with GW. Saw Palmetto comes to mind and Inositol-3 carbinol. Both together will make the swelling go away, works for me.
 
I'm confused, in clinical testing, even as high as 22 mg there was no significant effect on any organs. How could this happen? Not challenging anyone just questioning how

I was just putting 2 and 2 together but I guess I was wrong lol.
 
Just finished back, shoulders, and biceps. My workout was mainly supersets fasted because I felt like I ate a lot yesterday lol. Recomp is a little slower without LGD but still doing good. No cardio today though.

Did chests and triceps today, got my ego out of this workout so I can focus on reps instead of weight and I was worth it. I need to focus more on reps instead of weight more especially with deadlifts and squats. Shoulder felt great today.

I found my strength went up on deadlift when I focused on working sets vs max reps. Glad the shoulder is feeling better

Thanks and hopefully it can go up, its my hamstrings thats the weak point sadly lol. That and squats need to go up.

Plate grips and Straight leg deads will help a lot with the hamies. Focusing on the stretch is going to be key.
 
What about your prostate swelling ? Did you cut any Sarms from your cycle ?
The Saw Palmetto will work after a week or so.

Actually about a day or 2 after I mentioned it on here all the symptoms went away. I didnt mention it because I forgot to lol but I finished LGD a little bit ago.
 
For how long is your GW run planned?

(And glad to hear the prostate problems/symptoms have subsided!)

Thanks and I was only planned for 10mgs for 2 months but then I just choose to have the 4th week at 20mgs and buy a 2 bottle, so 10mgs for 3 weeks and 20mg for 5 weeks(a little more or a little less).
 
I already googled "Plate grip dead lifts" ! Hahahaha, now That's different. I wonder what my almost healed elbows say about them.

I did(for me at least) high volume with short(10-20secs) resting periods. Got my Vital1ty and Conqu3r today and now its time to sleep. Will try to do another heath test thing at the end of GW to see where I am at. All for now.
