I just got a bottle of the new Gut Health and I'm really looking forward to trying it out! I'm hoping some of you who have taken this product would share your dosing preferences with me as I'm a little unsure of how I want to take it. I'm hesitant to just go at this on a trial and error basis as I've read some experienced extreme bowel movements (I believe it was a "3 foot poop" to be exact) which I'd like to avoid during a business meeting for example.
I'm really debating whether to dose Gut Health in the morning or evening. Currently I'm taking E, C, Shift, Forskolin & Ashwagandha upon waking. Is there any reason I shouldn't take the Gut Health in the morning with the rest of this? I take ZMA before bed and was considering dosing Gut Health then but would that be too much Zinc in one does? Also, is it likely I will wake up in the middle of the night making a mad dash for my toilet?
