In one word that's about it. Pain has subsided, but the days are LONG. What I really need it to hire a nurse that looks like pitbull's avatar to give me back rubs all day. :D

Him and one of the other MODs (I think it was Bolder=whatever it is) and him got into the other day. I had to delete their posts cuz things were starting to get out of hand.

Well that's kinda funny but really sad at the same time.
 
Anyways, the casts and brace are off, I just moved, have tons of work to do on the big new place, and have just received Bélénos, the baby Bernese Mountain Dog.

Doing better, yet I have very limited range of motion on both wrists and my left shoulder's weight-bearing ability is limited to about 30-40lbs until pain ensues. There is talk of performing surgery if it does not recover further.

Looks like getting back to the gym is still a ways away. Meanwhile, I have lost muscle mass, especially in my arms, and much moreso on my forearms. Luckily they were very well muscled. Pudge is building up in the midsection, gotta wonder why.

Oh well, I will adapt my Grunt. Might change my nickname to Pissed76. Meanwhile, adaptation is required and luckily I have plenty to keep me busy, otherwise I'd be going mad without my gym time.

Glad to hear some progress is being made. Take care buddy and keep in mind the long-term. Congrats on the new place and best of luck.
