Quick update, been sick with the flu and a stomach bug so lifting had to be put on hold. Feeling much better today so I'm going to get a workout in. Considering a full body workout if I can handle it. I hate getting sick, it always sets me back, lifts and endurance drops. On the plus side I'm very lean from 2 days of sweating out a fever of 102.7 lol. Hope everyone has a wonderful Friday.

Thanks! I spoke too soon though. I got covered today at work just to rest more. No longer put on a Thursday double so I should be able go back at it full force next week. I really want to workout today, I just feel like I'm going to be extremely weak.

Hey guys, so got back at it on Saturday. Still using Eclipse at 5 pumps day, 5 at night. I swear this stuff is helping my joints, waking up lean, really like the smell too. Went in the garage and did shoulders.

I always do these with the DBs facing palms down, I think its neutral grip? Anyways, It seems to target my rear delts more and uses less traps.

Used some bands to do lateral raises supersetted with db lateral raises. The bands give a different feel, starting to utilize them more.

Overall felt fairly strong considering I was sick for over a week. Looking to hit a deadlift PR next back day and get some pullups and chins in as well. Been slacking on those lately, I just prefer lat pulldowns but don't have one of those in my homegym(yet).

I'm going to hit my chest workout today and get some pica up. I did snap a pic after shoulders and my post workout snack(Mississippi pork and brown rice) this is an amazingly simple crock pot recipe if you haven't tried it you need to. Lol we attempted to remodel the bathroom over a year ago and then gave up on it for a bit. Slowly getting all the paper off. The previous owners just painted over it and it looked terrible. Thanks for dropping in, just finished my chest workout so I'll get that posted up in a bit.

Hey guys, been really busy and forgot to post my workouts recently. I did squats on Thursday. It was raining and my knee was hurting so I kept the reps low and just did lots of singles. I think I need my riught knee xray'd. Its been hurting for over 10 years, has a big knot on it compared to my other one. Can get real painful at times but ive just pushed through it.

Happy I got 235x5x5 with ease this time. The new Bench is much more stable than my old one that was falling apart. Overall I'm still getting leaner, eclipse seems to be working well. And I'm up 13lbs from 217 before cycle to 230 when i weighed myself yesterday. Heres a pic I just snapped. Hard to see small changes in BF% but i can see more definition in areas ive never seen. I'll try and update tomorrow after my workout. Y'all have a good evening!

Thanks! Yes most of the time in my garage. I have a power rack, around 500 lbs Olympic weights, flat bench, one for incline, pull up bar, ez curl bar, dumbells etc. If I want to switch it up I can go to planet fitness to use some machines just for variation but I'd say 90% of the time I train at home. Looking to add more equipment to my garage but for now ive got enough for compound lifts and accessory work.

Knowing how most garage gyms look:
If I ask for pics of your gym you are in trouble, because you would have to clean, paint and whatnot! Hehehe! I bet its a heavy duty beast-cave!

Hey guys, I trained back yesterday before work. I tried to tuesday but felt ill, not surprised because both my kids came earlier from school throwing up. I did manage some deadlifts Tuesday but stopped because I just felt wayyyy off. I didn't keep track of everything I did. Started off with chin ups in 8 rep range. Various grips, roughly 3 sets of each, wide, neutral, narrow grip, then some pull ups. Then went and did t bar rows with v grip. I believe it was about 5 sets 10 increasing weight each set. then did some rackpulls. 135x5, 225x5, 315x5, 385x3, 435x1, 455x1, 475x1, And 500x1. Ivec never pulled 500 lbs, I was stoked. Finished up with variatiins of dumbell curls, ez barl curls, decline bench db curls, hammer curls. Kept weight light and Just focused on form and contraction. Took a few pics after. I'm loving eclipse, probably will be grabbing another bottle soon. Downloaded a new camera app today which takes much better pics. The last 2 are from 30 minutes ago. Never been this lean or vascular. I'll make sure to take notes tomorrow when I train legs so I can have a better update. Excited me and the wife are finally off together on a saturday night! Well since I had the night off with the wife this evening we went out to eat dinner with our kids. Haven't actually gone out for dinner in forever. Then took the kids to the trampoline park because they'd never been. I jumped a lot as well, good cardio. So leg day got delayed, I'm sure I'll be sore tomorrow from jumping lol. Gonna try to hit the gym in the am to do some leg work. I'll post up if I do. Have a good evening everyone!

Heard those hip abductor machines suck but I've been reading that knee pain can be caused from using all quads and not enough hips so I figured I'd try it out. I use the straight bar for curls rather than the EZ Bar, but I do get that elbow pain when I use the preacher curl.

Yeah I'll try curling with my Olympic bar. My plates for dumbells, ez curl, and tricep bar "1. Maybe I should pick up a smaller straight bar off Amazon. Thanks for dropping in!

Couple back shots my wife took this morning. Anything I should work on? I wanna bring up weak points overall. My calves are tiny but I can't seem to get them to grow. I want my back wider, and thicker. Upper chest as well. Any recommendations on what's worked for any of y'all?

Thanks bro! I'm enjoying the different workouts but definitely wanna hit squats, stiff leg dead and goodmornings this week. My joints are feeling much better. I started using transdermal B-aet recently and I believe its helping, also seems to provide me with more natural energy so I can take less stims. B-aet is good stuff! If anyones looking for some holler at me!

Went to the purple gym and got a back workout in. Also got in another bottle of eclipse as well as lithos and a bottle of Epoch spray. I have bloodwork coming up in April so I may do one last pin at 250 on Wednesday then stop until test time comes. Anyone have suggestions on getting back to trt levels? I've had people tell me take 2 weeks off, some say 3, then others say take off 2 then do my regular shot of 100mg 3 days before labs. Any recommendations? anyways here's the workout, yall have a great day!

Hey guys, been a busy week. Did my last pin of 250 test cyp on Sunday. Gonna give it 2 weeks then probably resume my normal trt dose of 100 every 3.5 days. I'll probably reschedule the lab work since they have it on a Monday (April 8th) and try to do it Wednesday or give it a little more time to and push it till the next wednesday. I just want to make sure I'm back where I was. Did shoulders the other day after watching some Athlean X vids and tried to change things a little bit. Also posting my squat Day from Wednesday. I tweeked so'e thing in my lower back so I stopped after that. Overall feeling good though back still hurts a little. I got in some more eclipse, but I a bottle of epoch spray, and some lithos so I'm doing each at 5 pumps am, and 5 pm.

I've dropped lots of water weight since last week? probably since i stopped pinning, 2 weeks off test shots this Sunday. Can anyone offer opinions on when to start back at my trt dose for bloodwork? Would really appreciate it. Also using hypernova on backfat and abs. Opinions? Id say I recomped more than bulked during the first blast. Squat Max is 375, bench 300, and 500 deadlift. All these tested after warmup sets and my 5x5 workout except for reads, in sure I can do better.

So last week was extremly busy. We were running around everywhere trying to get my 2 youngest in daycare. Finally found one daycare accepting 2 year olds and they started today. Now hopefully my wife can get moved to more days so that we are able to come hone together to care for our 6 kids. The switching off is getting old fast. I am excited for now that ill be child free on days I can work nights so ill be able to workout more often. Hit 250x5x5 on bench press last week. Did some light deadlifts after tweaking my back I wanted to just shoot for volume and finished them with a 135x40 amrap set. Also hit shoulders but I struggled that day. I did hit legs today and felt decent other than my knees aching some. Overall feeling good, slowly getting stronger and leaner.

Hey guys, Ive been real busy lately and kinda slacking on this log as of lately. I only got in a few workouts last week and my chest one was a bad day so I cut it short. I did hit back hard a the gym, and had a good squat sesh? Hit 320x5x5 and followed up with 6 sets of calf raises at 225x15x5 and finished with good mornings 135x12x5. That left me sore as hell for 4 days. Ill try and keep this updated this week. Hit shoulders today and got some pics, my back fat is slowly but surely dropping.

Thanks Kat, I felt good today. Now leaving work early, having serious abdominal pains. I hope its not the Noro virus, I had that 2 years ago and it was the most agonizing pain ive ever felt for 3 straight days. If its still bad in the morning ill go to the doctor.
