Hey guys, I trained back yesterday before work. I tried to tuesday but felt ill, not surprised because both my kids came earlier from school throwing up. I did manage some deadlifts Tuesday but stopped because I just felt wayyyy off. I didn't keep track of everything I did. Started off with chin ups in 8 rep range. Various grips, roughly 3 sets of each, wide, neutral, narrow grip, then some pull ups. Then went and did t bar rows with v grip. I believe it was about 5 sets 10 increasing weight each set. then did some rackpulls. 135x5, 225x5, 315x5, 385x3, 435x1, 455x1, 475x1, And 500x1. Ivec never pulled 500 lbs, I was stoked. Finished up with variatiins of dumbell curls, ez barl curls, decline bench db curls, hammer curls. Kept weight light and Just focused on form and contraction. Took a few pics after. I'm loving eclipse, probably will be grabbing another bottle soon. Downloaded a new camera app today which takes much better pics. The last 2 are from 30 minutes ago. Never been this lean or vascular. I'll make sure to take notes tomorrow when I train legs so I can have a better update. Excited me and the wife are finally off together on a saturday night!
