Glad you're feeling a bit better!Quick update, been sick with the flu and a stomach bug so lifting had to be put on hold. Feeling much better today so I'm going to get a workout in. Considering a full body workout if I can handle it. I hate getting sick, it always sets me back, lifts and endurance drops. On the plus side I'm very lean from 2 days of sweating out a fever of 102.7 lol. Hope everyone has a wonderful Friday.
