First off id like to show my appreciation to BPS for allowing me to log their Laxacrine!
Im slightly behind on my log unlike the others who were also chosen because ive been on holiday this week so couldn't start it until today.
Plan:
Im going to be in a caloric deficit for the entire run of this bottle, it states there are 30days worth using 1ml per day. Im going to stick with this for at least a week and see what happens, if i need to up the dose... I will
Im going to be using this in a cut so my calories are obviously below maintenance. Im shooting for 2100-2200 to begin with and I will adjust accordingly of course.
Im planning to have a cheat meal every other weekend (saturday) unless I fell the need to have one each week.
Training Style:
Im a huge believer in Power Bodybuilding, all my main 3 lifts are powerlifting orientated (1-5 reps) and all my accessory is generally hyperytrophy (mainly failure).
I always traing my accessory to failure as I fell it works best for me and I get the best results/growth from it.
The Bottle/Product:
So it says ill be getting 100mg of laxogenin per ml which is a nice dose
First impressions:
So as you can see its green.. that was quite a suprise.
I applied it pre-workout just after waking, I will admit that I found it a bit of a PITA to apply as it wasnt particularly viscous, however I just did 0.25ml per site (each delt, each wrist) Ill have to check the other logs and see what everyone else is doing
Nothing else to comment on so far.
