lookin huge my man! sorry was on a bit of a vacation so catching up now! How do you like the slingshot?

Thanks bro, it's not a bad pic considering poor lighting.
I LOVE the slingshot, I have the blue one which is the 'weakest' but to allows me to overload my muscles very easily. An example of this was that I can do 265x1 with a slingshot, my max without is about 230ish.

So it's great for 'preparing' muscles for heavier weight to come as well as overloading and forcing strength/growth.

I use a slingshot as well. Very nice for overload work!

Agreed. I love it and think it's one of my best purchases.

Sounds like I'm going to have to pick one of these up

You really should man!!!

Right I just realised that I missed yesterday's update. Sorry guys.

I trained legs-

Squats-

5 min Stretching, paused squats with bar and negatives.

135x8 (paused)
225x 5 (paused)
315x 5x5 (this was easier than I thought it would be)

This goes to show that laxacrine is helping strength for sure, it was way too easy, I could have done 8reps so I need to adjust my programming lol.

Leg extensions-

Single leg today,

80x failure (4 sets)

Lying ham curls-

110x failure (4 sets)

Leg press, close stance-

Full stack (405x failure) 4sets

SLDL's-

315x failure (4 sets)

That's it for legs, ran out of time... Still had to get cardio in though :)

Cardio-

15mins elliptical (200cals)

No gym today, back at it tomorrow (sun)
I will have another mini update to follow tomorrow :)

But have no fear... It's positive

315x5 on the Squat...Nice!!

Today was shoulders, wanted to hit arms too but didn't have time sadly.

Early session today, in the gym for 5.30 on a Sunday... Was great for me though as there was literally no one there.

See:

The entire gym including all cardio equipment was just empty :)

Shoulders-

Seated military press-

5min of stretching and bar warmup.
135x 8 (4 sets) felt good!

Seated DB lateral raises-

25 x failure (5 sets)

Reverse pec dec-

110x failure (4 sets)

Cable front raises-

80x failure (4 sets)

Behind the neck press-

135x 6 (4 sets)

And that's it for shoulder, no time for crazy drop sets or anything special sadly.

Cardio-

15mins elliptical- 200cals

Mini Update-

So laxacrine has been really good to me, going into the 3rd week now, I'm going to up the dose to 1.5ml which gives me 150mg of lax, just an experiment.

So far I've seen:

- Increased strength
- Muscle hardness/fullness
- Increased sweating
- Increased stamina

I think I'm quite a good responder to Lax so it's been a great run so far, I'm leaning out nicely but not dropping weight hugely fast, I'm guessing it's largely due to added glycogen in the muscle.

I started the cycle at 200lbs (full of water) I weighed myself last week and was 194, so 6lb which is decent.

I generally don't weigh myself and just go by the mirror.
So... All good so far and very impressed with Laxacrine.

Glad to hear youre loving it so far! whats your favorite aspect of it if you had to choose one?

Good question man... Hmmm either strength or muscle fullness/hardness.

It's a hard one to choose. I think the muscle hardness is the best aspect because I look beasty in the gym :)

That's what a lot of people end up choosing, that increased pump look/feel throughout the day :D

For sure man... Build confidence in and out of the gym! Would love to see how this would affect me during a bulk.

Right so today was a heavy back day...

Started out with some foam rolling and stretching.

Rack pulls-

Bar x10
135x 10
225x 6
315x 8
405x 5
500x 3
585x 1 (2 sets)
315x 15 (back down set)

My lower back is now dying haha.

Lat pull downs-

205x failure (4 sets)
110x failure (knelt on floor) 2 sets

T-bar rows-

Started out with 3 plates... Too light, went to 4 plates... Too light so I decided to go ALL OUT!!

Invalid Link Removed

Did that for a total of 3 sets.. 5reps each set... **** was heavy haha

Seated cable rows-

405x failure (4 sets)

BB rows-

225x 8 (2 sets)
315x 4-5 (2 sets)
135x failure (1 set)

That was it for back... Trained heavy the whole workout except a couple of sets on lat pulls. Felt great but it was tiring haha.

Then it was time for breakfast... Proats!

Sticking to my diet today until dinner because it's my Gf bday so we will be having a feast, going to skip my chest meal this weekend to compensate obviously :)

Also dosing tonight moves to 1.5ml.

Good looking back workout !! I have had Protein and oats for breakfast almost everyday for over 30 years!!

Thanks bro, trying my best :) 2nd day with 1.5ml... So far I've not seen anything too different, i look a little 'tighter' unless its placebo? Then again the mirror shouldn't lie!!

Todays workout was Chest... ugh i hate chest

Flat BB Bench-

5min of stretching using res bands.
bar x10
90x 10
135x 10

225x 6 (3 sets)

Then a drop set..(2 sets)
225x failure
175x failure
135x failure
90x failure
bar x failure

Incline BB press-

Went for a lighter lift today focussing more on wide grip and contractions.

110x failure (2 sets)

Seated chest press-

165x failure (wide grip) 4 sets

Cardio-

15mins elliptical- 220cals.

Even keeping the weights lighter, I bet your chest was super pumped after that routine. I love doing the pyramids on bench and going to failure on the back side of it. My preacher used to torture me with no rest drop sets. We'd load the bar with 25s, 10s and 5s then go till failure. I couldn't sit up just lay there while he raked a plate off each side then to failure again. Went one plate at a time till the bar. He'd often joke saying, "Ok, bring in the ladies! Let them watch this poor slug struggle with just the bar!" Lol!

I have not done that in years but used to love it on flat benches, Great Work Out!

So far all logs are maybes and guessing on results or am I missing something ?
I was about to buy this but glad I waited cos it sounded too good to be true.
and great workouts op.

Hey man..

My honest opinion so far (still got a week and a little left)

The good-

- increased sweating in the gym
- much fuller/harder muscles
- endurance is improved
- strength is up
- recovery is 7/10... Improved but not mind blowing
- dropping fat, I've had a couple cheat meals that I 'shouldn't' have had due to GF bday and another occasion. Yet I still look leaner.

Things I'm surprised with

- recovery is not as good as I originally hoped
- not a massive improvement on joints like I hoped

That's the main key points, my advice would be to buy it, I've used laxogenin before but not transdermal, I wouldn't now ONLY use transdermal. I'm very impressed so far and I'm still as excited as I was at the start of this run.

That's a heck of a work out!

Awesome workout. Nice to see the judgement call and move it back to 1ml

That's a heck of a work out!

Thanks rocket!

Awesome workout. Nice to see the judgement call and move it back to 1ml

Thanks man, yeah didn't see the needs to run it at 1.5ml, I'll use it up quicker with no real benefit (to my body anyway)

Today was back/deadlift:
