The advice of some friends got me taking a powdered green super food drink (vitamineral green) and I love this stuff! it makes me feel ridiculously energized and healthy, but i'm also taking a solid multi v

does anyone know how the green superfood products compare to multi vitamins? or how food-based mulit vitamins compare?

after I run out of the multi v i'll just take the green superfood and try that out and see if I feel any different.

Next time check out our new Greens!

MST has a powdered version of Mycogreens coming out or that may already be out.
It has a solid profile for ingredients.
I don't remember the multi vitamin content in the product, but a lot of multi's are overrated.
stick with the basics when selecting daily vitamins
Vit's A,C,D, E & S

May already be out? How do I have a ginormous tub, hmmm? :D

It's a GREAT profile. It tastes like ****. I honestly prefer the profile a bit over SAN's greens, though most people will like SAN's flavor better. MST's greens fit my needs better.

flavor can be the difference between a true greens product and an overflavored greens product.
I HAVE NOT TRIED SAN'S GREENS PRODUCT, THIS IS NOT A BASH.

Agreed on the core vitamins you mentioned. I know doctor houser is a huge proponent of takng vit C but that is where I digress from his recommendations. ADES all the way :D. And of course a bioavailable B-complex, or at the very least some sublingual mb12.

good call on the B's. I enjoy me some C, but not per his recommendation, just general preference as it has a slew of positives, as long as ppl aren't using these ridiculous super high doses.

Oh yeah, C is great for sure, but it's one of those that I feel is easy to hit in a BB-style diet rich in fruits and veggies. I vary my solo vits/mins based on diet honestly...when almond butter makes its way into my cupboard, I phase out Vitamin E, for instance.

Haha I'm going to miss you too man....oh wait I'll see you every day in TC

No worries. If you look at the SAN Green Supreme profile, there isn't anything to bash. ;)

The only thing in this category that I have tried and use consistently is Controlled Labs Orange Oximega Greens.

I really feel better while supplementing with it. I always feel more energetic and the feeling of well-being is always up. I also love the taste.

Absolutely LOVE the taste of that product. Tastes like I just juiced a bunch of veggies, has a nice fresh and minty flavor.

Try frozen liquid E3 Live Klamath Lake blue green algae...its the best supplement I have ever taken, not just in the greens department. This stuff helped me get through college.

I take super green supps along with vitamins C and D3 and feel great and never get sick! And I live in the Northeast...fwiw

CL Oximega is good, I also like Magnum Nutraceuticals Performance Greens.

Interesting ill check that out. I take vitamineral green, and recently added San dr feel good, acetyl l carnetine, vinpocetine, and choline which for the past week have helped me get through college :) any info on what makes the algae so good?
I've come to the conclusion that green super foods are far more helpful than multi vitamins, but multi vitamins have their place in a healthy diet. Dr feel good is also loaded with nootropics which are facinating
