I would say doubtful. I don't think the 5g of whey protein hydrolysate will throw anything off, and the very very very minimal carbohydrate content, if any at all should not interfere. Just pop some recompadrol with it

Dr fixes many things.
Will pick some up for my intra

I suggest mixing 1 scoop of Compete with 1 scoop HemaVol 30 minds preworkout(20oz+ water), and then sipping on 1 scoop of Compete during your workout. It will make a HUGE difference in your training on your very first try.
Ya, I used to to 2 intra but I found the 1/1 to be a better fit.
unless you use a gallon jug in the gym, 2 scoops is just too much flavoring/product for a single shaker cup.
1 before, 1 during = results!
This is definitely true. I beta tested compete and 2 scoops in 32oz was strong!
Loved the result but was just too sweet.

Thats my protocol!
With a little bit of maximize intense pre, and some red velvet protean post!
