I guess I'll be the a$$hole here and say it, but I think almost all of your gains were fat. Your BF % was too high to consider bulking, even for 4 weeks. You lost significant weight earlier this year, that makes it way too easy to fill out those fat cells again during a 'bulk'. 1600 above maintenance was crazy, should have started at ~500 above and assessed.
I don't think the one caliper measurement was very accurate, perhaps as accurate as the impedance meter. Go with a 3 point, or better yet a 7 point. You look to be a minimum of 22%, if not higher.
Did you take ending waist measurements?
Again, not trying to be an a$$, piss in your cheerios and call you out, but I think you should reevaluate what you are doing and start that 'cut' ASAP.

As a FFB and you believe the '4:1 Fat/Muscle ratio' gained during a bulk, maybe you got 2#'s of LBM out of that.
