Saturday
Legs: Squat (8,4,2), Leg Extension (20), Laying Leg Curl (20), Stiff leg ham stretch, and Smith machine Quad stretch
Back: T Bar Row (8,4,2), Straight bar pulldown (20), Pulldown lat stretch
Bicep: Dumbell Curls (8,4,2), Preacher Curl machine (20), underhand smith machine stretch
Woke up feeling terrible on Saturday. I went out with my girl on Friday night and woke up Saturday feeling like I had a brick in my upper stomach. I was also super groggy and wasn't sure how I'd feel in the gym. I got to the gym and started to warm up I figured lets try this. Squatting actually felt really good when I started and crushed it. I feel like I struggled less on this weight than I did on the lower weight the last time I squatted. I was really happy with the strength during the workout.
Rest of the day I felt like crap. Stomach was pretty bad and it was kind of hard to eat.
