Got a ticket for sound system, but because I yelled out the window...

Advice for future encounters...Be polite and follow directions and go to court and throw the cop for a loop by showing where the errors were made. You can't look bad before even entering the court room. if you handle yourself right, you'll walk out with little more than some time wasted.

I concur.

For one, why antagonize a cop? I see no real point in doing so, and to boot you received a ticket for it. Going and trying to fight it in court is just another losing battle. You are guilty, pay the fine and quit fcuking with cops.

bro if you would have just drove bye bumping your music they prob. wouldnt have even noticed you... when you bring unneeded attention to your self you get unneeded trouble... its just the way it works... i am actually friends with most the cops where im from and they say the same thing jay is...show them respect... they are the only people that can take your freedom!.. i have alot of respect for what they do..i know some time it can get frustrating but there are rules that need to be applied to all people..even if they are dumb rules its still there job...im not too sure about where you live but out here in cali that is a very expensive ticket.. good luck fighting it or getting it reduced.. just treat the judge with respect and dont argue... thats my best advise..

Because Im not afriad.

Ya the cop wasnt a *******, he was pretty mello, seemed kinda, iffy about me kept his distance, and kept pretty mello.

I have a thing where I get treated how you wanted to be treated. So if a cop comes to my window trying to act like robocop hes gonna get lip. If he comes up nice ill be nice. I dont be nice to get a slap across the face first.

Like I said i not afriad. everyones always oh do this the cops are there or do that the cops are comming. In my mind this isnt iraq I dont have to be afriad of anything.

And ya I dont mess around with the judge, only because he holds my life in the palms of his hands!

There is a point when you have to decide whether being a bad ass is more important then getting in trouble... i think drwing that line has been one of the hardest things i have had to learn in the last few years.... But it will definitly make life alot easier...

Exactly. And this has to do with dealing with everyone, not just cops.
 
let me start off by telling how much I love living in the communist fcuking state hell hole of IL this place is a fcuking joke! and thank you gov rod you fcuk! I'm cool with cops and feel like they probably have a right to fcuk with me cause I'm doing something right in the first place however if I am in the right or at least feel like I am its yes sir no sir see you in court sir and let the judge figure this out sir... stop yelling it can do serious damage to people's ears!

i just suck it up and be as nice as i can be, even if i feel as if its unfair, works for me so far :)

na his cherries werent even on. He was just driving slow. Saw me asked if it was my car, blah blah he pulled to the driveway then put his lights on. Wheres mc lovin when u need him
 
WTF ! Seriously have some respect for police officers. I have yet to meet a cop who was actually dumb. Did it ever occur to anyone that maybe yelling at the cops aroused suspicion of various problems. Most likely the cop was thinking ok this guy is acting really dumb so he's probably drunk or under the influence of something. Then his family probably flashed in his thoughts and he decided it was worth looking into . If this guy had been more reasonable the cop probably would have just warned him not to do stupid things. But if you get into a pissing match with authority it will bite.

BTW i played the hard### and it got me nowhere but I did single handedly upgrade the the Counties fleet of cruisers with my fine money so something positive did come out of it. :D
 
im only 18, and i bet i have enough of those damn warning/tickets/citations to last me a life time.

I hardley speed, or get caught atleast...

but i have those damn sound polution tickets comming out of my ears, they are such a pain.

but what can i say... i love the bass.
