I'm a fairly athletic. I used to play football I wrestled my senior year of highschool and I do judo when work allows me the time do it. I work out at nights (workout will be listed below) and so far I haven't seen to amazing of gains after working out for about 3 months. I was on jack3d for a month till I ran out. First time ever using a PWO really. Now I'm just using the V-core protein from complete nutrition and on occasions some not so amazing creatine from wal mart. I currently weight 204 I was weighing 210 a month ago till I really started watching my diet and counting calories. My goal right now is I want to get down to 170 in weight but be putting on muscle and constantly gaining. My bmi last time I checked was 23% (horrible I know) and I'm just trying to get back into shape. As I said before right now all I'm using is v-core protein and that's pretty much it. I run a mile a day and lift almost everyday or do core workouts on my off days.
Mon- chest and triceps
Tues- back and traps
Wed- quads and calves
Fri- biceps and shoulders
Sat- dead lift and hamstrings

I'm just looking for a few non hormonal supplements to help give me an edge. Preferably if they were from complete nutrition I'd prefer that since my gym offers me a 25% discount on on all supplements. I don't really believe in dietary supplements because the ones I've tried taking all they've ever done really is just make me poop myself. So if you have any suggestions or need more info please comment thanks!

I think your expectations are very unrealistic. You aren't going to see amazing gains in three months, especially since your goal appears to be to drop a significant amount of bodyfat while adding muscle at the same time. As an aside, it doesn't even make much to sense have a goal of weighing 170 while "constantly gaining", since muscular gain will increase your body weight. I think your expectations of supplements are also unrealistic. I've never heard of Complete Nutrition so I can't recommend anything from them. All that said, my recommendations are not many since you're new to training and your focus should be on dialing in your diet, but for building muscle and improving performance find a creatine product that you like (straight up old school creatine monohydrate for me), and for fat loss there are lots of good products that can aid you, but currently I'm partial to Alphamine and Decimate. I wouldn't get too complicated with supplements yet because you'll just confuse yourself.

Also, BMI is not measured as a percentage, and is relatively useless for our concerns since it doesn't factor in body composition, only height and weight. I'm guessing you have it confused with body fat percentage, but I'm not sure which you're actually referring to. Doesn't really matter though.

I'm not really new to weight lifting its more or less weight loss and things like that I have issues with. I'm 5'9 and weigh 204. I usually just went by my weight and just and just how I felt in general but that was 2-3 years ago when I was skinnier and I wasn't trying to cut as much weight. And 170 was just a goal that I made since I'm just feel fat and would like to be more built and tone.

It isn't weight lifting or anything along those lines that I'm new to. It's just weightloss. When I first entered highschool I didn't really ever have to try and work on weightloss as much as trying to gain. So I'm just lost when it comes to weight loss. My junior year of highschool I was 180 5'9 and I was benching 250 and squaring nearly 400. Now that I haven't worked out really since then till around 6 months ago I'm just lost when it comes to trying to loss weight and get back to where I was.

I'd forget about that Complete Nutrition discount and just shop at Nutraplanet.com. Everything is discounted HEAVILY!

I'd also start reading up on the nutrition section of this forum. Specifically into macro requirements for your stats, as well as carb cycling. Great way to lose fat and recomp.

Supplements should be your last focus. But if you're looking for some stuff to give you a nice kick start and assist in fat loss that is non-hormonal, I'd pick up some Alphamine which will help you shed a ton of fat, retain muscle, recomp, and give you focus and energy to help get through your workouts. I'd also add Compouns 20 to the Alphamine and have yourself a nice fat burning / recomp stack.

the basics are creatine monohydrate and beta alanine. Those are the best researched and best bang for the buck supplements. both are relatively long term use though, just to be clear. Beta alanine's biggest benefits take building up in bloodstream over weeks.

Very solid advice by both here^^^

If I may just add. Your goal should be to shed fat correct? If so keep it that way, make short term goals which lead to other goals. Search the nutrition section as stated above, the gains you make are dependent on SOLID nutrition and training. I will say that a lot can happen in 12 weeks, I experienced big ygains (fat loss) in 12 weeks working with a nutritional coach/trainer.

I am a firm believer in carb cycling but there are a lot of other diet strategies that work. Good luck with your journey bud, if you need any other help let us know.
