I'm a fairly athletic. I used to play football I wrestled my senior year of highschool and I do judo when work allows me the time do it. I work out at nights (workout will be listed below) and so far I haven't seen to amazing of gains after working out for about 3 months. I was on jack3d for a month till I ran out. First time ever using a PWO really. Now I'm just using the V-core protein from complete nutrition and on occasions some not so amazing creatine from wal mart. I currently weight 204 I was weighing 210 a month ago till I really started watching my diet and counting calories. My goal right now is I want to get down to 170 in weight but be putting on muscle and constantly gaining. My bmi last time I checked was 23% (horrible I know) and I'm just trying to get back into shape. As I said before right now all I'm using is v-core protein and that's pretty much it. I run a mile a day and lift almost everyday or do core workouts on my off days.
Mon- chest and triceps
Tues- back and traps
Wed- quads and calves
Fri- biceps and shoulders
Sat- dead lift and hamstrings
I'm just looking for a few non hormonal supplements to help give me an edge. Preferably if they were from complete nutrition I'd prefer that since my gym offers me a 25% discount on on all supplements. I don't really believe in dietary supplements because the ones I've tried taking all they've ever done really is just make me poop myself. So if you have any suggestions or need more info please comment thanks!
