good luck trauma, I start a new job monday, moved to LI for school, and still going to go home on weekends and work at the hospital.......

It's actually a new job for me as well (Cardiac Cath Lab). I needed a break from the E.R. for a bit.

If I do not get my deep 8-9 hours I am tired

Sleep is a must with training hard

Morning folks. I found my way back.
 
(me) alright just one muffin today, not bad, but it's still early. (voice1) you see them sitting there don't you? (voice2) yes, you see them, you know you want one, go ahead, you can do cardio later (voice3) come on, you only live once (me) but i don't want to undo all of what i've done in the last couple of days, besides i had some sweets yesterday, that is enough, that was my cheat meal this week (voice4) you suck, we want a muffin

well, squat day did not go as well as hoped. bit of a left oblique pull limited my SLDL. oh well, tomorrow is rest day. my PL coach called me a pu*** and said deal with it LOL

edit: wow i just had about 80% of my rep taken away. hmmm.
