Mornin' folks! Awesome SFW this evening. Shoulders are tore down and abs feeling rather gelatinous. Mowing a PB&J and some milk right now. Best I can do right now for a PWO shake unless I wanna pay >$1ooUSD for 5lbs. I think that stuff's crap anyhoo, since I've continued to gain over the last 2.5 months w/out it. Just my 2ccs.
 
Put about 50lbs on my barbell and did some good cardio with bench presses.. The session lasted about 3 minutes which was when the dog wanted to go outside for a jog.. So me and the pup went jogging in the sand for a little.. whew! what a strain on my top delt holding that heavy leash.. i didn't think i was gonna make it, so me and the dog stopped by the cleanest mud puddle and got a quick drink.. Just to say, we made it home Nice and Safe..

good morning everyone..... nothing better then waking up to my wife yelling at kids for thier rooms being so messy..... two things that dont mix well dirty kids rooms and menstral mother
