Good morning AM. Got 8 hours last night and NEEDED it. Protein, apple w juice and GreenMag/ White Flood. Good chest/shoulders/tri's workout. Protein and bagel. Showered and shaved for work. 3eggs and oatmeal. Feeling good. You guy and gals have a good day and be safe out there.
 
Morning. Chiropractor today. Should be interesting.

Another morning, another chiropractic visit. Adjustments feel so weird.
 
Good morning AM. Having problems at the homestead with internet service so my only convenient option is on the PC at work and I'm not too sure how secure it is if you know what I mean. I had to stop and tell the guys and gals good morning though and wish everyone a good day.
P.S. Slept decent, ate good, back and biceps routine, got ready/ went to work, more food at work. Be safe out there.
 
I'll play! Good morning! My fat percentage is down 5% to 15.5 since I started working out earlier this year! What a great way to start the day! 10% here I come! Have a great day!

Morning AM.
Getting fit for a new sleeve today that is supposed to cut help with inflammation as well as friction from my hardware... it's expensive, so I am glad that foundation is footing the bill. :D
I would, however, pay for anything that will increase my daily comfort. The sleeve is in its experimental stage, and I must sign waivers saying that I will not sell or disclose any information about it. I can only say what I did, and nothing else. Hahahahaa! Right on.
