Would this be a viable option? Don't want to get to crazy with all the supps. Kinda just looking for the bare minimum. I have 2 1/2 years lifting/dieting experience. However I am a noob when it comes to pros, I have done a lot of research on an epi cycle, but there is so much conflict I don't know what exactly to do.

Stats- 6'1, 195lbs, 9-11% bf.
Squat- 345
Deads- 365
Bench- 265

I'd start Epi at 30mg/day. If you don't have IBE Epistane on your hand already, I'd suggest you to check out EP15TANE by Olympus Labs. 1 bottle has 120x15mg so it'd be enough for a 6 weeker at 30/45/45/45/45/45

Dosing protocol for Nolvadex looks fine.

The new version of Erase Pro doesn't seem to be as good as the original one - AFAIK it doesn't have Arimistane in it anymore. Olympus Labs SUP3R PCT has it.. But if you have the original formula of Erase Pro, you're good to go.

I'd opt for support supps though, they're not that expensive. AR1MACARE PRO from OL has everything that you need, even TUDCA - can't beat that. It's also very affordable.

I actually have OG erase, when would I use armicare pro?
 
AR1MACARE Pro should be used during the cycle, 4 caps/day so if you want to take full dose of it, you'd need two bottles and there would be some leftover caps when you're done with the cycle.

You won't need a cycle assist. AR1MACARE PRO is a complete cycle assist product.

I'd recommend to taper the Erase down. 0/0/3/3/2/1 for example. It helps to avoid potential estrogen rebound.

Taurine for back pumps during the cycle. It's really cheap and you can find it everywhere.

PCT Protocol looks pretty good. If you want, you could take Clomid instead of Nolva but since it's your first cycle, you can't really know which one works better for you. Nolva works perfectly for me!

You can throw in some STR3NGTH for PCT if you want (3 caps/day for 40 days). It's a natural anabolic that can help you to maintain those hard earned gains.

Actually AR1MACARE is an underdosed product that will require you to use 2 bottles in one months time.
OP Look at the ingred profile and dosages per bottle;)

The product description won't load up on my phone. 2 bottles at 4 a day would work correct?
And I have 3 bottles of erase so I might as well use 1. I've got 2 bottles of pro too.

No im saying you will have to double dose it- 8 caps a day. However , then you are getting a good dose of arimisane which can cause loss of libido or sore joints

Underdosed - based on what? It has exactly what the label claims.

4 caps/day will be perfectly fine with a cycle of Epi! If you're worried, get your bloodwork done and follow your blood pressure. If there is something that worries you, adjust the doses of single ingredients.

If your liver values are high, throw in extra 250mg of TUDCA (there is pure TUDCA capsules available). If your blood pressure is high, throw in some extra celery seed and/or hawthornb berry - but I'm sure that you won't need them with the cycle you've planned.

I agree that it is not a good idea to double dose AR1MACARE PRO because of Arimistane.
