Another great training day in the books Kat! Looking phenomenal as well! But....some if us(me) are struggling with trying to continue cutting and your little cookie pics are killin me smalls!!

I hate when someone takes equipment before you are done. I'm sure you are too nice to be like hey I wasn't done with that. My wife is the same way. Except the other day she did a set got up reached down and got her water bottle and this dude jumps on the machine. I saw it this time and asked him if asked to work in. He said oh I thought she was done. I just gave him the look I use to give the kids when they were lying. It worked! My wife was mad at me. Lol. That is a pet peeve of mine. Gym edicut is pretty much gone.

Lol yeah sounds like I'm a lot like your wife. I'll talk smack but then I always end up just keeping quiet. If I know the person, I'll ask them if I can work in or something but I don't talk to too many people so that means I usually just walk away and figure something else out.

Sorry for the absence...Happy Friday! Finally pretty much done for the week! Busy but good week!

Wednesday, was a rest day. I took radiate twice. Morning dose was 3/4 a scoop but afternoon was probably 1/2 a scoop. I got busy and didn't get to finish drinking it.

Thursday and Friday it was used as my pwo as usual. Weighed on Tuesday and down 2 lbs from last week! Pretty excited about that!

Hey hey! Happy Monday guys! Felt good to be back in the gym! Over the weekend I found that mixing the radiate in my aminos during my fasted times was GREAT! Gave a steady boost of mood and energy to last the majority of the day!

I took it separately this morning as my pwo though to get a quick boost. Cold rain and 4:30 am makes for one sleepy chick! Lol

Kat... you are nothing short of amazing!! Im going to have to try the Radiate/aminos mixture....as long as it doesnt take away from my Radiate taste!!
 
I have been using Radiate only for cardio, but I used up my current tub of PWO so I will finish out the week with Radiate and a pump product as my PWO, will see how it go's!!

Yesterday I forgot to reset my alarm so it didn't go off until almost 5...I decided to make it a cardio/abs/foam rolling day!

Today, I did my full body metabolic workout. I had a lot on my mind- very long to do list. I had been sipping on my radiate about 15-20 mins and sitting in the parking lot. I finally decided to down my radiate, suck up the mental garb, and dig in. Within the first set radiate had me hot and sweaty! Workout was fast and killer! I also want to note that I have been keeping a scoop in my aminos on top of my pwo... I LOVE IT!! Now, sadly, I'll be going through it twice as fast! Haha

Just got home from being gone since Sunday and gave my wife a kiss when I smelled​ and kinda tasted​ that she had just eaten some red bell pepper. She only got kisses on the neck and cheek after that. Lol!

Lol it's intense for sure but you can be done in 45 mins or less and your muscles feel like you trained for 2 hours!

I took radiate throughout the weekend mixed in my aminos - sipping on them until 12-1 ish. I think this has got to be my favorite way- keeps the appetite at bay and keep energy and mood up!
