Gonna get HOTT with RXS Radiate

Thanks guys! It definitely gets the sweat rolling, heart racing, and muscles burning in very little time!!
 
the volume of lifts you do and your rest times are remarkable. My workouts look like childs play compared to what you are doing. Kill it KAT!
 
I made it in this morning but it definitely was just pushing through and not one for the books. I was in and out in about 30 mins including warming up on a bike. I don't even think I would've gone in if it wasn't for Radiate!

Thanks for the well wishes guys! This mess has been kicking my butt!!!!!! I was in the bed most of the weekend. I forced myself to the gym this morning. Had a decent workout- was just weak and exhausted but got the blood pumping and sweat flowing! lol I didn't take any radiate over the weekend. Started back this morning!

I hope you all are feeling better!
 
Hope everybody is getting well! Lots of bugs going around. I'm definitely trying to keep consistent with vitamin D and C right now to keep my immune system on point.

Today I went lighter, higher, and slower reps to conserve what little energy I have. I am slowly getting better. Just don't want to push myself into the bed. I have to fight the urge as my autoimmune disease will flare up if I push too hard. (It's taken me a long time to learn this)

Thursday - zombie training.
I took night time cough syrup before bed and then made the mistake of taking a swig out of the bottle 2 more times when I woke up in the middle of the night. I got up and made it to the gym but felt like a walking zombie. Lol

Drank Radiate as I was leaving the house about 5am. Started kicking in about the time I pulled into the parking lot! Although it hasn't seemed like very hard core workouts this week, I have most definitely worked up a big sweat each day thanks to the radiate!

3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cups chopped walnuts
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/3 c Splenda
1/3 c Stevia
1 scoop Cinnabon Whey Protein
1 egg
1/4 cup applesauce
Splash of cashew milk

Divide equally into 12 muffin cups and bake at 350 for about 15 mins.

Macros: 84 calories 4p, 11.6c, 3.1 fat

They were easy to make! Just threw it all in a blender. You could also grind up oats to make the flour.

That's crazy! Lol

Before taking Radiate I was sitting on the couch with the kids watching Moana wearing a robe over my clothes and a blanket over my legs....drank 3/4 a scoop of Radiate- next thing I know I've gotten a ton of things done, I'm shedding layers of clothes, and sweating! Haha #WIN!!

Lol I need to take a scoop to a neighbor...we loaned our push-mower out and now have nothing to cut the grass with.
