Thanks for the well wishes guys! This mess has been kicking my butt!!!!!! I was in the bed most of the weekend. I forced myself to the gym this morning. Had a decent workout- was just weak and exhausted but got the blood pumping and sweat flowing! lol I didn't take any radiate over the weekend. Started back this morning!

Today I went lighter, higher, and slower reps to conserve what little energy I have. I am slowly getting better. Just don't want to push myself into the bed. I have to fight the urge as my autoimmune disease will flare up if I push too hard. (It's taken me a long time to learn this)

I am not sure but don't think so as for the cold. I've been diagnosed with Hashimoto's and Fibromyalgia. (I'm not sure how I feel about the whole fibromyalgia category the dr's like to use but I won't get on that subject. lol) Basically when under stress, I can cause my body to go into hyper-inflammatory-mode thus causing all sorts of issues.Didn't know that you have an autoimmune disease. Does that make recover worse? Not sure how that all affects the body.

Happy Friday all...sorry for the absence...I will update with my training in a bit! I will say that if it wasn't for the radiate, I don't think I would have had the energy to do the little type training I did this week! I am finally feeling like I'm moving past the utter exhaustion part and starting to feel more like myself again today! I'm making some healthy banana nut muffins right now...I'll let you know how they turn out as well as pics and a recipe!

Thursday - zombie training.
I took night time cough syrup before bed and then made the mistake of taking a swig out of the bottle 2 more times when I woke up in the middle of the night. I got up and made it to the gym but felt like a walking zombie. Lol
Drank Radiate as I was leaving the house about 5am. Started kicking in about the time I pulled into the parking lot! Although it hasn't seemed like very hard core workouts this week, I have most definitely worked up a big sweat each day thanks to the radiate!

Kat...first I want to say thank you for your feedback this far..2nd..its been a slow week for you? So what! It happens to all of us. H3ll, Im recovering from a slow decade. But youre in here everyday and it shows!! Proud of you
Before taking Radiate I was sitting on the couch with the kids watching Moana wearing a robe over my clothes and a blanket over my legs....drank 3/4 a scoop of Radiate- next thing I know I've gotten a ton of things done, I'm shedding layers of clothes, and sweating! Haha #WIN!!
I will have to try a scoop before mowing the lawn today !!
