Took Yesterday Off, needed to get some rest.. DMZ will arrive today so I'll be dosing that ASAP at 60mg.. Off to the gym now, will get an accurate weight an bf% posted shortly along with my session.. I'll get those pics up today too.. Next Pin will be Monday..

Sitting Higher than I though on bf% but I have been eating my a$$ off for a few months. I used an Omron handheld so not sure how accurate they are. I've got some calipers laying around somewhere I'll have to find..

I won't lie about my stats or numbers.. I out in work an give it all I can...

On another note, I've been sweating my a$$ off lately.. Soaked but my endurance is high.. I wanted to get some BB Shrugs in here but I honestly couldn't lift my shoulders lol

I like the cycle. Nice and similar. Similar to mine. I might add a splash of eq or deca on mine. For your front load did you do just 2 shots of 500 or did you pin eod at 250?

Just hit upload and check back like 20 minutes later if you're using a phone. That's how I usually have to do

Do you have either on hand? Diets key for dropping the fat honestly. Drugs will maintain mass so it doesn't really matter IMO.

If you run tren drop your test to like 125-250/week and start at like 25-50 mg ed of tren ace. Enan hits hard for me and it's tough for me to get used to it for a week or two. They say sides are worse but Idk. I never noticed a difference. Trens a little more nice on lower test doses sides don't get as bad.

If you run eq I'd suggest making sure you can keep from eating everything in site. Stuff makes me ravenous. So does tren but not to that extent.

With either one keep an eye on bp. They both raise it.

I've actually cleaned up my diet quite a bit since starting this run.. I'm sure that will yield solid results on it's own.. I haven't cycled in quite awhile actually. But whenever I go into a cut I tend to go overboard and shrink up.. I always end up at 175lbs and little, losing lots of mass..

So I decided to just go slow and steady over the last year or so in the gym an put the size back on.. Got back up to 225 but chunky as we'll..

So that's why I decided to make another run and keep my mass and trim up.. Figure id make it a long worthwhile run this time around..

The Tren & Test dosing you laid out is pretty much spot on to my idea of how I would dose it to..

Hopefully I can stick to my diet and get those results we all want..

I saw you hired a coach.. What type of diet does he have you going with? I'm open to all pointers on the diet aspect..

I have anxiety on leg days!!! I always freak out that someone will be on the squat rack and I'll have to ask them how much longer they have. :/ soooo weird!

We're increasing calories all super clean food atm. I could send you his info if you're interested in picking up a coach.

So as you can see, the main goal on this run is to drop some of this excess weight.. Shouldn't be an issue sticking to a diet and getting my cardio in which I never do.. Got a little bloat from the Test but nothing huge..

DMZ @ 60 today..

Yea, I'd say the bloat and the little bit of acne popping up on my back are all I'm noticing as of now..

Diet has been pretty fair considering I've never watched it.. Gotta watch the weekends with the wife and kids.. Hopefully all goes as planned...

Naw man, just weight and bf%.
I should get some measurements though now that you mention it..

Calves are a pain to get to grow for a lot of people..
