rr was good enouh to let me try this, much thanks. this is the best meal replacement i have ever used. not only is it great for post-workout but if you are ever in a hurry and don't have the time or the means for a complete meal, then this is the stuff you need. the 3 servings of fruit/veggies are the whipped cream on the top, lol. i just ordered another jug of this and will continue to use. best meal replacement i have tried, beats the hell out of protein shakes and bars as a complete replacement.:thumbsup:

Tried my sample. Gotta say, this stuff is tasty. Kind of a tart apple flavor. Not over sweet, which is good. It also mixes easily.

question: i loved golden finish, im going to try this but am wondering why u guys didnt keep the K-R-ALA? i really like what it does (delivery, etc.) and like i said would like to know why u chose to "not" include it this go around? -thx

The formula changed quite a bit so maybe they wanted to try something a bit different with the new mix of ingredients.

noone else from CL can respond to this? id love to try the new product here, but im not going to spend the cash till i get a better feel for the new makeup- was also seeing how it stacked up against "torrent", however i was a faithful golden finish customer, so...

its a good ingredient, but the formula is completely comprehensive the way it is now. k-rala is very expensive and many people like to add it on their own anyway, so it didnt find a place in the final formula.

hey, i was given the opportunity to log this when it first came out. i loved it then, and still do. i have probably bought 6-8 tubs of the stuff and use it often. mainly i use it as a meal replacement at work, but i also use as a post workout when i am not low on it. this stuff beats the hell out of regular protein drink or bar when you are rushed for time or on the go. good stuff. btw-i really didn't like the taste much at first but i have come to really like it.

golden gains is a supplement my wife never complains about when i buy it. i use 1 or 2 servings at work every night and save a ton of dough, not to mention the good nutrition. most of the guys either bring in fast food or send out for pizza- in the long run golden gains saves me cash. best meal replacement i have tried.

i do, i am very happy with golden gains. i am going to try the purple intrain after christmas when funds are better, lol. how does it compare with purple wraath?
 
It is definitely top notch in taste. I really like Purple Intrain to switch up my PW streaks. I still like to switch back and forth though.
