you can tell he's not serious.....look what he's asking. that's why i said "don't ask that question".....it just took a couple of people and little while to catch on, that's all. no one who is really going to the joint is worried about working out.....come on man.
 
ok guise i have the workout plan now i need a way to sneak in some supps, i was thinking of sticking some multi's and Kre-Alkalyn pills up my ass than **** them out?
