Going to be a Freaky Summer starting with Swole/HGHPro

It's not a race, lol anywho I have the HPTA of a younger man of that there is no doubt. On Testopro I have the libido of an average 20 year old...

On the testopro I can't stop thinking about sex even if I just finished LOL.
 
Last night was a better than average night ...

Reverse grip pull downs.. 8-4-4 X 3 up 5 lbs 8-6-6, 8-4-4, 6-4-4 my upper back was screaming, now doubt I hit the spot up a total of 30 lbs on this exercise...

Decline close grip bench 8-4-4 X 3 no increase 8-5-5, 8-4-4, 8-4-4 was a real battle that last set..

Wheel of death 6 reps up a couple reps from last week, core is still pretty trashed.

Deads tonight!! I will play it by ear on the push press as my shoulders are still pretty fuggin tight.

hmmm do you have a picture of said tortoise???

No it's like this triange shaped plastic board with a rubber top the edges are rournd and it has 3 roller blade type weeks on it that move any way you want. You place your hands on top which gives you more control. You can go in circles or any which way. He is making instuctional videos....

340 X 10, 340 X 6 ..fuggin grip 315 X 7 fug that, I regrouped took an extra 30 seconds and 315 X 10 .. It's more grip than core strength holding me back now, I think I will rock the lower reps in HST, that's right I'm keeping these baby's for the HST run .. big whoop .. wanna fight about it :stooges:

Well like I said my shoulders were feeling way too tight to do a session of push press and I did not want to push it... But that didn't stop me after those fuggin deads!! I had the best shoulder night yet, 8-6-7!, 8-5-6 and 7-4-4...

Now I was really cooking, more baked really but the fire was in my belly, up 5 lbs on the seated rows 6-12-25 X 2 I had to fight my way through and there was a primal yell to get the last couple done but I was successful and the soreness in my back was exquisite!! I was bleeding sweat...

Decline tri extensions 6-12-25 X 2 another fire fight but a cranked them out man was I exhausted. I noticed some discomfort around my left nut, probably the deads, I crawled down and did 30 minutes cardio but it was not intense as my heart rate was already out of fat burn and into aerobic before I even started...

Woke up today feeling great...

I will be back to summ this run up, almost forgot ,... it's fuggin over...

DW your beast status is pretty well carved in stone. Serious work on those deads man. You rep my best work for 10... and your damn near 23 years my senior!!!! I got to step up my game. :rasp:

Thanks the numbers come with time. I think I might see some old numbers come back this winter...

way to man through those presses Doug!!!! simply impressive!!!!

Thanks, I have to admit I was really surprised how easy the weight went up at first.. it got tough at the end like it always does though...
 
Ok to sum this up...

Starting weight was 211 shortly after contest

Ending was 222.5 very minimal fat gain if any... I just dung blew up. Why? well 2 things DAA with swole just fuggin rocks and, my muscles were hungry for action after all that dieting some of the muscle was muscle memory I am sure.

Training, I hammered right through till the end. I was progressive for most of the 9 weeks taking on some of the toughest routines I do all year.

Diet I maintained my controlled fasting duing the day with my amino drinks and high protein content and did a refeed almost every evening. This is why I have deviated somewhat from my goals of getting leaner as I was just so damned hungry. I have to tell you though I look better then I ever did in street clothes.

That pretty much sums it up, I will be running this again in a couple months with DC training likely...

Now it's on to HST after a week of nothing but cardio... will do a new log then...

Thanks guys, I have spent some time over the years being undisciplined ..believe me... right now I am pretty focussed not perfect though.

If I don't find a show next spring I was thinking the girls and I could get into contest shape and just so some pics... I have been trying to improve their focus and have got them doing some of their own research...

That's pretty cool. I brought my wife to my gym to take those Oly Snatch shots and she saw some of the young women training (who happened to look outrageous lean & in-shape) and she's been inspired. She was in awe of them, but I don't blame her, these girls she was watching working out looked like a mix of a fitness model/G.I. Jane. Now she wants some "tone."

I bought a bunch of bulk from NP a while back. If I were to choose now though I would probably go with E-Pharms as the bloodwork looks pretty good.

I will be running some AI products (HghPro/Stoked/Cycle Support) with PM and Prime and Formestane. for 6 weeks of HST...

I often will take a week off to rest. I plan on another break after the HST.

That is one hellatious stack you have planned there DW. I am scared to think about how that is going to go with Stoked/PM/Prime... can you say the new A-Stack on crack? :deal:

Should be a hek of a run. I will probably trim down on it a bit. I will go on more of a balanced diet with one refeed day. I will probably knock my weight back to 215 in preparation for some DC training that will take me into the new year have be sitting around 220 and 10-12%. That is an excellent point to start a prep from.
 
Spent the weekend in constant motion basically. Down to the gym Saturday morning 45 minutes cardio. Home for lunch and then out for a long walk.

Same scenario Sunday...

I got my eliptical at home fixed late yesterday and did 30 minutes fasted this morning...

very nice Doug. It makes it much easier, saves, time money and gas when your cardio equipment is at home.

Yah that would be nice but how about this. I get a huge loft on the ground floor is a nice sized gym that could house about 15 people upstairs a living area that overlooks the gym.. I just need to get some wharehouse space...

This is what I have envisioned for Marshalls II .... Right in Griffintown which is just should of downtown and west of old Montreal. Lots of old wharehouse space. I just need the cash... taking donations now... :veryhappy:

ok that points at USPS if you ask me.. look at what has happened both times both he and I don't get our stuff. I don't think they would be crossing the boarder at the same place so that rules customs out. I would be all over them if I were Mike.

What is going on in Canada? It's funny, on some many levels the laws are more liberal and in many cases more sensible but when it comes to your supplements and what compounds are allowed... way off base!

I ordered Testopro, cycle support and Motivate there would be no problems concerning legality...

We cannot do that as we are not sure where things are getting messed up could be USPS or could be the Canada mail system there is no way to tell.

My idea is to get the women off the cardio machines and onto the weights. Yah of course they would still have to do cardio but the main focus will be on reshaping using resistance training. Cardio is just a tool to help burn a little extra fat and for some not necessary at all. I am planning on using my girls as examples of what they can do if they give up their old biases...

My gym is off the hook with the booty. You should see the days they have those spinning classes.

As much as I would love the booty, he classes would annoy me somewhat... maybe not... I guess if I go commercial I will have to have the girls giving some kind of classes...:grumpy:

It is not too bad the iron is down stairs and the cardio is upstairs so you get to watch them walk up the stairs. Then if it is a cardio day it is just a bonus.
