By the way, I have virtually the same stretch marks as you, in the same areas, maybe even some more on the lats and chest... but something tells me when you get ripped that they are much harder to notice. And so, my work is cut out for me.

Dude I have horrible stretch marks, beyond horrible, they are ****ing everywhere thanks to my bulking cycle. I got them around my crotch dude, biceps,arm pit area, hips, chest. Pretty bad. I am going to tan like a mofo this summer and try to hide em a bit.

That's cool dude, I wasn't really sure what ya were getting at .. got me kind of aggitated cus I'm already in a bad mood ->> I seperated my AC joint snowboarding @ Powderhorne on the 3rd of January ->> I haven't had ONE chest, shoulder, or back workout since before that. I trained arms for the first time two days ago, just going light and high reps. I've upped my leg and calf workouts though, doing legs every four days, and calves every two or three days. Reminds me, I was prescribed good ol' vidadin for the pain, and I popped two early afternoon on the day following my accident, then was to proud and still went in and did legs 3 hours after - with my left arm in a sling.. Within 30 minutes my heart rate was OBVIOUSLY through the roof, but I finished a whole leg workout, heavy smith squats, uni-leg press, curls, and extensions. Finished up with some abs. Then I had three days of doing nothing, hit the gym on day four, then another three days of nothing . . Not being able to hit the gym is a real mind-**** ! After 12 days, I said **** it, and decided to do some biceps and calves. Some pains here and there, but I kept the weights light and the reps high..

BTW, I began taking Incarnate on Saturday @ 3 pre-workout/3 post-workout, 6 days ago, and there's already pain-relief if my shoulder. Within 3 days I noticed less pain when moving my left arm and raising it, and today I put myself under a helluva lot of weight on the smith squat rack, and had NO pain even when grabbing the bar to unhook the weight and do my sets. It could be a placebo effect, but people, I separated my AC joint here - got x-rays to prove it - and realistically I should NOT be able to go about pain-free like I am currently. The cissus must be working for me . .
 
no cissus works WONDERS bro... my shoulder was F'ed from boarding also a lil bit ago, then i hurt my lower back squating.... started some super cissus and within a week im back in and although making sure to be careful im lifting at 90% of my capacity.

now just stay on it for a while and it will help prevent injuries.... cept the kind from snowboarding... those can F you up.

i love boarding but contemplating giving it up so i dont hurt myself and lose all my hard work.

Oh man, I'm done boarding ! That ****'s not worth it to me whatsoever !!! I'm great at downhill skiing [Norwegians are supposedly born with skis on their feet, a saying goes], and I feel a helluva lot safer doing that than having both feet locked in position on a damn surf board ! Haha . .

I will most likely get another bottle of Incarnate in a couple weeks and run it for 60 days total. I will try some LIGHT upper body work in a week, and hoping to be able to hit it somewhat hard sometime early february again. I'll be doing a Methyl E run [possibly alongside some Trenadrol] starting in the middle or end of February, because by then I should be able to add some intensity. I haven't decided on the Trenadrol because I'm still wanting to do the Texas Shredder 2008 in Austin, Texas, in May, and I'm not sure whether or not it's on the list of banned substances for that competition. Either way I'll be starting pre-contest dieting towards the end of the month, and just see how things go . . .

Tren Ace you using ? What weekly dosage ? Or Trenadrol ? [though I've rarely heard of aggression issues from Trenadrol after just four days . .]

Just a heads up - not to knock on Incarnate, as I too have used it in the past with success, but it can get pretty expensive to run for a long duration. I got into the bulk caps that Nutraplanet puts out (50% extract), and it has to say the least worked out very well for my joints, and my wallet. I believe 100 caps was something around $20, and 2 caps daily keeps the joints feeling strong. I went through a short Formestane cycle (some report some minor joint aches - about 75% estrogen resticted), but I felt as great throughout. Do have to admit that I was using around 4 or 5 caps at that time though.

all kidding aside id think the 20% would still be a fairly theraputic dose as well, 50% is just a ton of saponins and im sure thats where the anabolism comes from... 10% has considerably less but still the rest of the cissus plant has desirable qualities to it, making it more of an analgesic and theraputic supplement.

Tren Ace, really potent **** too. Def over dosed cause I am taking 50mg a day to start and man it has kick, not that I am complaining. The only thing I am worried about is it effectiing my cardio as it has been known to cause shortness of breath in some individuals, and I am cutting so my endurance is important. If I react well to tren I am going to start taking Helios, the oral kind. I here really good things about it. But yeah, I am on edge a little more even after 5 days, nothing I can't control though, people really blow it out of proportion.

I'm sort of tempted to do 250 again.. I've got more solid muscle mass now than when I was at 260 and beyond before, so at 250 I'd look pretty massive. I'm @ 237 lbs as of this evening. I've gained a couple pounds the past couple weeks from pounding my legs hard twice a week, and enjoying lots of rice and pasta in my meals. Now I'm back to about 9-10% bodyfat. I haven't trained shoulders, traps nor back since 2007 due to a separated AC joint, but I'll be training them again beginning of next week. Then in two weeks I'll be starting Trenadrol @ 60mg/day alongside of Methyl E @ 40-50mg/day. I'll be cutting down on my carbs during that little run, and hoping to stay around 235lbs. vascular as hell once I'm done with it.

You never considered doing the real thing and injecting? All those orals are pretty detrimental to your liver dude. Easy way to spare your body from a lot of stress.

Man, I don't have the funds for it. I wouldn't go for Test/Deca or any other bulking combination for that matter, and the cutters seem to be expensive as hell. I'm talking about Tren and Anavar in particular. I have YET to find any buddies at my gym who have a winstrol source to brag over.. I want to run Test Prop/Tren A/Anavar ... But that's just about $500 I don't have at the moment.. So I'm afraid that I'll have to keep up my stock of liver protectants and run what I suggested untill summer comes around and I have more money in my wallet.

Yeah I hear you, they are expensive and they got even more expensive due to a **** load of labs getting busted. I am running tren ace@400mg/week for 10weeks and testE@500mg/week for 12 weeks and all together with aromasin, clomid and HCG it costs about $700

I probably wouldn't do Tren my first cycle either the **** is like no other but **** I am moody. Next time I'm using Tren enanthate because pinning every day is such a pain. I could pin every other day but I risk more side effects with that.

The old timers know what the real deal is....its always good to hear that from another bro like you who has been there and done that and knows a little more than some others....Dude looks good regardless but personaaly I dont know why people are so wierd about revealing what they have done, not like anybody on here really knows you.

Perhaps to earn some respect. If he wrote I did tren winny and test it wouldnt sound as good as oh I did prohormones only. If you ask me why I dont believe in his cycle history then its from looking at what everyone has done and the results people in general get from prohormone, they results are a lot milder than actual steroids, again I am not saying he sucks blah blah blah all I am saying is its no big deal whatever he,s done he will get respect regardless so why lie, and to be honest if those are his results from using prohormones then he should consider using steroids he may be on the olympia stage next to the pro's. Really man consider a career in BB if you got those results from prohormones.

Dude wtf? Sounds to me like you want trips ****, and Norwegian already said he can't afford the real thing so he runs PH's like trenadrol. PH's can be just as effective, they just **** your liver up...

Secondly, Trip took back that statement in a later post.

Take a look at some pro BB after there first year training naturally, if the genetics are there, which they obviously are for Norwegian then the body reacts profoundly to training. Less then 1/10th of 1% of the population is able to make it in top tier BB I read somewhere. So naturally it is difficult to see how one can make such drastic improvements when such things would be impossible for most of us.
 
I don't really know what to begin to respond to. SteelEntity; I appreciate your support and backing-up. And the fact that I don't even know you outside this board, that's rare to see, and I appreciate it!

To the couple others who resent the fact that I haven't been juicing, 'dedication is key.' I'm sorry fellas, but that's the truth of the matter. And I'd like to imply that mine has been rather 'reknown' since end of high school; I've still got old high school friends who call me up after not talking to them for a couple years to ask for supplement and workout advice .. Not trying to brag, but I'm just saying I'm noted for my dedication.. Whether or not IFBB material, I don't really know, I find it hard to imagine it ever being comfortable to walk around with 280 lbs of solid muscle, feel me ? I'd want to get in to the fitness industry, maybe to some fitness modeling, and I don't have to be excessively big for that, but very well developed and defined..

Now, you can all also theorice on how the hell I GOT to 280lbs in the first place. Prior to maxing out at 280, I never got beyond 240lbs. Summer of '06, I ran a ****ty Phera-plex clone run at 40mg/day for one month and saw little to NO results - I think it was a bunk Phera-plex, and the website where I got it does not even exist anymore. That's when I decided I was done with PH's - at least for a while. I finish my PCT in late July, then continued with pre-workouts and protein shakes only for a little over a month, then late August, I began taking iSatori's ISA-test. I initially picked up two bottles because I was putting a lot of faith in to this product.

Started with 6 caps ISA-test a day. My diet consisting of 5 dinners per day of either chicken sandwiches or hamburgers/ with french fries/bbq beans. Had 3 shakes a day on the side as well, and lots of snacking .. I gained weight, quickly. I'm thinking this had a lot to do with the fact that three of those dinners would be eaten from between 7pm and 2 AM. Those were my hours of binging.. A little green on the side, and major munchies.. I started gaining weight .. 250 within two weeks.. 260 withing 5 weeks .. I ran out of ISA-test twice, and just picked up two more bottles at a time, sometime going as high as 8 caps/day. Workout intensity was up, sex drive was up. Mid October, I was well over 265 lbs., and at this point, I'm starting to want the scale to go up from workout to workout, all I wanted was to gain more mass. I never realized how chunky I was getting until several months later.. By late November, I was standing at 278 lbs., SOLID chunk.. haha, I was a ****ing brick wall [although not as hard], had grown out of every pair of jeans/boxer shorts, t-shirts, jackets.. When buying jackets on the Chinese bargaining malls over X-mas of '06, some didn't even have sizes going up high enough. I was getting the XXL in everything [US measurement] which was a XXXXL in China measurement, so that made me feel even bigger ! haha ..

****, gotta go to class .. hopefully continue this rant later on ..
 
Leg shot from tonight. Lagging bodypart it is, but I'm ok with that. I took 18 months off of leg training - apart from running, and other forms of cardio - up untill I started the UD2.0 in September. (Don't want to go in to the details .. )

Anyway, I LOVE training legs now, so I'm be correcting my mistakes and show off some impressive legs in a little while !


Added another random upper body pic from this evening - 6 days in cycle, and I feel it has given me more fullness in my chest already.

UD 2.0 is a keto-LIKE diet and workout program. It's a brutally hard program granted you follow it down to the core, but it yields great results. There's an e-book version out there by Lyle McDonald you can look up.

Man, I haven't maxed out since last Spring, and I didn't max on squats then, as I wasn't working legs.. haha .. 375 on bench and 500 on deadlift were the results then. I am recovering from a separated shoulder (january 3rd) so I won't be maxing for a while.

I got a myo-tape coming in, so I'll probably post measurements if I'm gonna log my Trenadrol/Methyl E run ..

Both would work, If your are maintaining a certain weight it would be nice to see your calories, from your post it looks like you are on a calorie restriction. But when you were bulking up how many calories and diet, how long did you stay on that diet?
 
There is a benefit to buying dietary PS/PH. At least their products go through some type of quality assurance (some companies) and for purity, so at least the majority of the time you know what you are buying is clean.

With gear, it can be dirty, and you'd never know it.

I heard about a story with a guy who was pinning IGF-1 LR3 and after awhile he started feeling weird. Turns out that his 'IGF-1' was actually insulin.


Btw, ur progress has been excellent so far.
