This time, don't go immediately into a cut after the cycle. No sense in tearing down all that effort you've invested. And when you do decide to lean up further, just do an aggressive recomp. No cut.
I personally don't plan to bulk or cut again. Just a long drawn out recomp.

I agree with TG and you have said so as much ursef that you dont gain as much u would like net net coz dont allow enough time to silidify the gains... Do a nice slow recomp and pick up the pace as u go

Also when u cut just get back on that Tren, stuff of Gods, preserves muscle and melts fat, so long as you dont mind 24/7 sweats :)

I need to check into how much I have gained.... I think its about 15+lbs though. No way am I going to jump straight onto a cut AGAIN lol. I am already 215lbs so hitting my goal of 235+lbs is definitely going to happen
 
After next week I am supposed to go into an active recovery phase, this lasts for 1 week. Below is the routine, these workouts take place on Monday and Thursday.


Active Recovery Phase

Duration: 1 week

Purpose: Allows for recovery of the body to prime it for muscle building phase.

Training methodology: Fast paced full body routine consisting largely of dumbbells to allow for maximum involvment of all muscles as well as to correct any strength imbalances in the body.

Monday/Thursday

Incline Db Press 13-15 reps 2 sets no rest
Pull down(wide grip) 13-15 reps 1minute rest

Db Bench Press 13-15 reps 2 sets no rest
One arm Db rows 13-15 reps 2 sets 1 minute rest

Bent over lateral 13-15 reps 2 sets no rest
Db shoulder press 13-15 reps 2 sets 1 minute rest

Incline Db curls 13-15 reps 2 sets no rest

Hybrid Phase: Volume/Strength Training

Purpose: Allows for a smooth transition from the Volume Phase to the Strength Training Phase. In this phase, muscle growth will occur through an intra-cellular increase of energy substrates and water and also through an increase in the size of the muscle fiber itself.

Training methodology: You will target and train each body part twice a week. However, the amount of sets per body part will be reduced so that the muscles can recover. The first two days, you will train for hypertrophy while the remaining two days you will train for strength.

You will do just fine Silver, your in the same boat as me now... we both dieted our a$$es off to get lean and now when you go to bulk your gonna do everything you can to keep it lean as possible. its been a minute since i was off my last cycle... time flies and blood work tells no lies i posted my latest results i was damn near 800 in my test and my lh and fsh were waaaay higher than before. liver values also improved...

so i said fukk it and pinned today

if youre scared of pinning then you shouldnt be on anabolics. period. ill re-iterate what unreal has said and say that MEN PIN. its quite exhilarating lol

Yeah, my blast is in full force brosenhauf. I'm almost 3 full weeks into this thing:

10 WEEK BLAST CYCLE

Test-Propionate: @100mg. EOD for the first 6 weeks.
Test-Enanthate: @500mg. weekly for the first 6 weeks, then when the Prop is dropped I will up the Enanthate to 750mg. for the last 4 weeks.
P-Plex (Phera): @40mg. for the first 4 to 6 weeks.
Proviron: @50mg. nightly for the entire 10 weeks.
ERASE: @1cap A.M. and 2 caps nightly for the entire 10 weeks.


So we're talking a little over 800mgs. of Test combined (Prop and E) for the first 6 weeks and then down to 750mgs. of Enanthate as the only injectable for the last 4 weeks.

IMO, it's the best oral out there & I've messed around with a few. Your sense of well being is through the roof on that stuff, even more so than w/dbol. You'll be humpin your woman 2x ed!!

sounds like you should make some great progress since your in a gym and have access to all kinds of stuff now.how painful is the test susp injection?
