I would probably replace the rear lateral with a wide grip upright row. Will hit the rear delts too plus get in some medial delt work and is better for mass and strength.
 
SWEET i love wide grip up rights! i thought i wouldnt be getting that focus on the rear delts that i need to let them develop at the same rate as the rest of my shoulder.

If you want to be safe on the drop sets you could always go straight from the uprights to burning out with the rear laterals. That would demolish them.

Man your bench is ridiculous. If that is weak then I am a Bia Bia! DOn't sweat the small stuff bro, whether you hit the numbers you wanted or not you still went in and did the damn thing. That is all that counts some days. Trust me even if you weren't firing with all cyclinders you still rev'd the engine to redline man, and that is what it takes to make progress.

Holy Crap, yeah that was probably best. If my hand is good o Sunday I am going for 415-425 on deads just to see where I am.

If your form is getting better then your strength is increasing. If you feel stuck put 5 more lbs on there and expect a drop in Reps. Maybe your body isn't ready to increase reps, but will respond to added weight. Try doing 325 for 4, also I recommend setting a maximum nuber for your warm up. If your mind isn't totally in the warmup you can do more work than needed and miss your attempt due to unintentionally pre-exhausting. Try just hitting 135 for 10 reps, then 6-8 explosive reps with 225 and 3 explosive reps with 275 then hit your work weight, I bet your numbers improve.

I have been reading som of the HemodrauliX logs and those guys are getting ridiculous pumps and what not from it. Great workouts to. I think it may be my next pre workout supp since I have been taking Jack3d for almost a year now.

As far as the deads go, I have to keep them at the end of my workout. I have nothing for the rest of my workout if I do anything like legs or deads. I imagine fresh I may be able to do more. I am so excited to be pushing it again man. I also decided I am straight up clean bulking. I am going to eat lots of good food and grow, wont slow down until I hit 10% then scale down. I am hoping for a weight around 200-205 at 10% then start cutting for a show.

Yeah the money option is always inportant. Why not go with some bulks and make your own. I do hope that OEP is out and ready to go when I do startmy cut. I want to see just how good it is. Casey said he was sweating when it was cold outside that is pretty crazy.

I may try that. Ill check out costum caps. Any recs for a good pre-workout mix?

And i already sweat at the drop of a dime...im gonna be burning up if O-E-P is as bad @ss as im hoping.
 
Weekend Update:

Friday was a real good work out because i finally hit some deadlifts.

365x5 30 second rest
415x5 30 second rest
then 415x3>365x3>315x6 no rest

The rest of the work out i was really focusing on pump and form so i lightened the weights and increased my rep range to 12-15

DB bench: 95:12, 12, 12
Standing military: 115: 15, 12, 10

2 sets of 21's for biceps

close grip: 95>145>185, 30 seconds, 185, 30 seconds, 185>145>95
Great pump kept the reps at around 12-15

Knee was acting up so i took the day off for legs. It felt better Sunday morning so im good to squat today.


Saturday I woke up at 192. Cheat meal was checkers.


Sunday i discovered the 150 pill bottle of prime at GNC...800 mg pills.....for 49 bucks with gold card. I know where im gonna stock up for my next prime cycle.

Thinking about jogging a mile tomorrow then hitting up some martial arts with the old man in the back yard.

I am making a SAFETY CALL, jogging is not a good idea if your knee is hurting bro. Neither is kicking a stationary object. If your knee is hurting try a bike or the elliptical for cardio, definitely not any type of high impact like the options you listed. At most do a nice brisk walk if you don't have other cardio equipment but not jogging or kicking. Let the joint settle a bit. You don't have to take my advice here but you could end up taking yourself out of a few weeks of leg work just to get in a cardio session.

You didn't kneecap yourself with the bar on deads did you? Also remember you may want to do a little more cardio warm up for the legs or some hindu squats to get your knees warmed up since the barometric pressure is already changing with the season causing issues with everyones joints.

By the way You friggin rocked the house with this workout.

You will heed your safety call since ive already made the mistake of pushing my joints when they need rest. Ill hit up some HIIT training in the pool changing from a slow breast stroke to an intense butterfly crawl. Then i can practice punching, flips and submissions.

What are hindu squats? And I probably kneecap myself. I was yanking up 415 pretty hard and wasnt paying attention to if it hit my knees. I get some serious tunnel vision and dont feel injury at times. Ive scraped my shins countless times trying to keep my form uber strick. Happens all the time when i fight which is why i need my dad to watch me b/c i really dont know when to stop.

Ill ice it tonight and tomorrow and raise my dose of SuperCissus to 9 grams for the next month.

So friday's lift was a flop. Was worn out...tired...and lacked all motivation. After hitting the 120 lb dumbells for 2 sets of 10 and hitting a couple set sof deadlifts i called it quits.

Saturday my baby sister worked out so i decided to have some fun. Hit sets of 20's with squat. Then i tried to hit a set of 20 with 235 on bench but i got to 19. I could have gotten the 20 if i would have actually warmed up. I just got up under the bar with 235 already loaded and hit 19 reps.

Then i hit some deadlift...3 sets of 355 for 8 reps. Something light but enough to get the blood flowing. Hit some light cardio afterwards and called it a night.

Today I will be hitting up some martial arts and tomorrow i will resume my lifting schedule. MWF i will hit light cardio and martial arts. T/TH/S i will hit lifting.


O-E-P is def kicking the cut to the next level. Im going to start stacking it with Vat Attack along with the glycobol ive already been using. Ive also been using IGF-2 and im almost done with the bottle. After my 30 day run I will post my opinion of the supplement. As far as pre-workout supps I just got some superpump250. Its some good stuff. The first day i took it was last wednesday when i had my really good lift.

Diet was ****ty on saturday due to the ridiculous appetite suppresion of O-E-P but now that i got the hang of it my diet is back to a steady 2000 calories.

Man your chest strength is ridiculous! As well as your other lifts. Heck you are just a beast.
 
Haha, i think ill properly accept that compliment when im really starting tp push some "man weight". But till then i humbly appreciate those kind words....its not like im hitting 180lbs per arm on the iso-lateral machine at single digit bodyfat percentage...THEN i would be a beast haha


Dead lifts i started less then 2 years ago and the same with squats. So i have a long way till my muscles in my back and legs are as developed as my chest muscles. Chest i started hitting only dumbell work for over a year then i switched to bench but only went down half way. Then i started going low and either hitting my chest or going an inch away(for some reason my shoulders hurt far less if i dont hit my chest...it allows me to train longer) I try to compensate this by putting a little more emphasis on pushing myself extra hard on deads and squats.
 
Also im changing proteins.

Ordering True Proteins whey concentrate. Doing 100% whey concentrate so that i can save money. Its by far the cheapest protein and seeing that its from TP it pretty much guarantees quality. Nutrition profile reads very similar to ATW. Im ordering 3lbs...1 lb of 3 different flavors. Once me an my dad pick our fave of the 3 we are ordering 10lbs for 48 bucks. You cant beat that price.

And if you go over 15lbs price drops to 4.65 a lb rather then 4.85. And once im done with Xtend my current tub of xtend i may have to switch to a True Protein BCAA and Glutamine mix without the Citruline Malate(the ingredient that most def raise the cost of xtend).

Math behind this is:

1 kg of xtend = 42.99/2.2= $19.5 a lb

3lb of TP mix:
Mix 1(50% Instantized BCAA's, 50% l-glut) = 14.99 a lb
mix 2(60% InsBcAA, 40% L-glut) = 15.79 a lb

mix 3(50% BCAAs, 50% L-glut) = 14.49 a lb
mix 4(60% BCAA, 40& l-glut) = 15.19

Cool part is the flavors will work for the BCAA/Glut mixes as well.

No, I am just going off of the feedback from a lot of guys that use it that it is good stuff. This will be my first order but it seems the best way for the money. They have a flavor sample pack too.

yep, so much fun and its a ridiculously good cardio. Its really the only way to get me to consistantly do cardio. And the best part is that there is this nice big 280+ lb (probably close to 300 but lets stay conservative) guy that i can grapple with. So much fun.

So i have been doing some research on coleus foskholii and decided to post its mechanism of action:

Apparently the extract increases the amount of cyclic adenosine monophosphate(cyclic AMP). It does so by activating the enzyme called adenyl cyclase which produces cyclic AMP.

Before I go into the benefits of that I think everyone should know several things about adenyl cyclase and where it exactly falls into the whole how the body functions. In your cells there are several ways for external factors to induce internal changes. For example....you're about to get into a fight so you adrenaline gets released. What happens is that your adrenaline is just a both a hormone and a nuerotransmitter. As a hormone its released into the body and when it reaches cells with specific receptors its starts a process known as protein signal transduction via secondary messenger pathways. In a nutshell adrenaline plugs into the receptor which is on the cell surface and this activates G proteins which are in the cell and coupled to the cells membrane. Once the G protein is activated it head on over to adenyl cyclase and activates it in order to produce the cyclic AMP which can be used to make ATP. SO supplementing coleus seems to be in my near future....but i also want to add divanil to the mix seeing that it binds to SHBG and this free's testosterone from being bound to SHBG.

The two seem to be a potent combination...but not quite sure if there will be any synergy between the two.

Both seem to be natural ways to boost testosterone while coleus has a number of other benefits that have been more thoroughly supported. Such as the enhanced insulin secretion that can help me recover faster.

But then again being 22 the aspect of me taking any supplement to increase my serum test levels may be redundant....im pretty much maxing out on my natural levels. On the other hand freeing up bound test may be more prudent for me to research further. As of now 3 4 divanillyltetrahydrofuran is not banned and considered safe for use. So more research will be done.
 
Hey buddy long time no talk! I enjoy forskolii, specifically for cutting fat at or above maitenence. It works well for me in that aspect and is great run long term.

Well what you're saying sounds dead on according to what ive been finding. Some of its strongest attributes is the mitigation or all our prevention of fat gain. And if you are at maitenence or above and preventing most fat gain, it only makes sense all those calories are going to building and in turn burning.


I'm really thinking about trying it out to increase the recomp effect while i hit up my next strength routine. That and since ill be upping my carb intake ill need everything i can get to prevent fat from building up(ill be hitting up AP 1-2x a day and Pslin pre-lift).
 
Nice info there. I am not totally sure if you are aware but the main ingredient in ReCreate is CF. I am not sure if it is in high enough doses to be overly anabolic however it definitely supports muscle growth/sparing during low or maintenance caloric intake. The other ingredients are more anticortisol in nature.

At your age you probably do not need to increase your overall blood serum levels, just to free up some of the serum testosterone already in your system. For that i would definitely go with Divanil 95% Especially since it is on sale right now. Other than this perhaps a TransResveratrol supplement would go well with it to stop armatization, and maybe if you want to you could add some PLCAR to it to really bring out the androgenic properties of the extra free test.
 
Kleen you read my mind. I became interested in CF after looking up the ingredients for Recreate. I was thinking to take extra along with Recreate to amplify its effects.

Im already supplementing trans-res for health purposes so i dont see why i should continue to take it while on CF and divanil 95%. PLCAR is still relatively new to me. I would like to know how it words and its full array of benefits before taking it.

Something else im looking into....GPLC.

Can you tell im hell bent on having all the star's align for this next strength routine? Im really looking to boosts all my lifts by ridiculous numbers.
 
I have no doubt you will. I can't wait to see what haapens with me and DC that ish looks tailor made for me. At least as a rest from my normal routine. LOL We will both be getting stronger. I bet paying attention to it my lifts will probably sky rocket. I know yours are going to.

I had two friends who did DC training and for one it worked and the other....well lets just say it was too intense for him. So i know you are going to EXCELL with DC style training.

Im going to be looking on and taking notes eagerly. I can see you going up packing on some serious size and strength. How long you going to run the routine for?

Well depending on how things go an 8-12 week push then depending on composition and what is recomended maybe a cruise or go back to one of my regiments for contest prep. I have to see what they do with DC for contest prepping.
 
So once again im ashamed of my lift session....no im more ridiculously pissed that I feel like such crap. I have to admit that my strength is there but today was just off. Maybe it has to do with the added grappling but anyway here is how it went

I got so pissed because my second set felt so light that i was about to bust out what felt like to be a 7 or 8 rep set....then me and my dad forgot to unrack one of the safety bars so one side was going to my chest the other hit the safety bar.....i racked the weight on my own took off the safety bar but the damage was done...the set only went up to 5

315x6>225x8>135x12


Seated rows: i got this weird pain when stretching between sets connected my lower pec to my lat....this accounted for the drop in reps

front of my shoulder and elbow was hurting so i went str8 to isolated preacher curls

i then superseted with no rest leg curls and leg extensions till i couldnt move my legs


So i called it a day and im not happy that im hurting.....no happy that i couldnt really push myself....and just in general feel like breaking something

Tomorrow i will rest completely and hit it again saturday and make up for today

Hey Man, I see some good weights and someone who was smart enough to adjust the game plan and conquer anyway.... Only negative to the work out is if you performed negatives for rep speed Bro. Still a stellar workout and effort.
