GMG760's cutting down for the San Diego Summer!

Yo - even go back to his Epi cycle Sunny... His lats are stupid huge even at 180 or whatever he was back then.

Makes me look tiny as sh*t.. but then again, most of you fools do.

dang. 10 minutes of searching that thread and i can't find the pics. i'll look through the thread tonight :)

Pics still have you looking huge. GMG, I think we have a very similar body types (no offense meant). I just need to strip the rest of this nasty ass fat off and build more muscle. I personally like the huge traps you are sporting and mine seem to be growing like weeds as well. The guys up at work keep saying pretty soon I won't have a neck. LOL

This cut is going to do you well. You don't have that far to go in my humble opinion, but I know the goals that you have for yourself are very lofty.

G, keep the carbs in meal 6 on w/o days and lose them non w/o days. Looking good big man.

found the pic- 21 pages into the EPI log :) definitely got some lats there - boy do i feel silly.

It's all good. I haven't done a full set of pictures since the Epi log. I really should do one again... I just have to find someone who wont laugh me into next week when I pose for the camera.

Come to the Dirty Apple. I'll still laugh at you, but I will take the pictures.

Subbed.....finally!! LOL
This mutha's already 4 pages long!!! WTF???!!
This one's gonna be hard to keep up with. ha ha
Tear this shitt up G-Money. I know with your work-ethic and love for lifting, this is gonna be a walk in the park for you. Nail the diet/supplementation/cardio down and the rest is easy. I always tell people that lifting the weights is the easy stuff. It's the diet and supplementation that must be adhered to diligently in order to reap the most rewards from the sweating in the gym.

Go kill some weights dude!!!! :AR15firing::rocketwhore:

TG, the one and only. It's good to have a deity watching over my thread!

its got to be easy in socal to find someone to take pics of you.... unfortunately, half of them are out of the closet, which makes getting away a little more tricky :)

Dude, how do you work out now anyway? Lift f*cking tanks n sh*t?

When im at a FOB(Forward Operating Base) they usually have some equipment. Barbells, Dumbbells, etc. When im on a mission and moving camp with pitched tents, i use what i can (bags of sand, rocks, flipping tires). Usually move city to city taking care of soldiers in certain spots. In May ill be working strictly at a hardened facility and actually have a room with a bed. Nice i know, but ill be sharing with 10 dudes.

We usually get internet too in the middle of nowhere. Technology these days.

The training with whatever you have around is pretty dope. Functional strength is the sh*t. Once you get back to a real gym, you can mix up your workouts with conventional exercises, which is exactly what we CAN'T do - so I envy you there.

Everything else blows though. I wish you safe travels man.

Yea, its pretty badass. I get some good workouts in, try to use damn near everything around for weights. Use backpack for front raises, tent top poles for pullups. I get to a real gym every couple of days, but in may im in heaven. Its good to hit camps where there is hot food, but other than that MRE's (ready made meals) keep me going pretty good. We even got some Xtend, and protein out here that i carry in little plastic baggies already measured out.

Sorry bubba, couldn't resist!!

Ok, updates!

Thursday was Legs and Saturday was Shoulders.

Legs
Squats - 135x15, 225x10, 225x10, 185x13
Calf raise superset with leg press - 3 platesx20, 4 platesx15, 5 platesx12 EACH
Quad extention - 150x15, 170x15, 200x12 ... oooooh this burned like no other.
Hammy curls - 50x15, 70x12, 80x10
seated calves - 1 platex20, 1 plate +25 x15, 2 plates x12

Shoulders
DB press - 50x15, 60x12, 70x10 drop to 55x12 ... tried for perfect form. Damn these forward shoulders.
Arnold press - 35x15, 45x10, 55x8
Lateral and front raise superset - 15lbsx20, 20lbsx15, 25lbsx15
Smith upright row - 25'sx20, 35'sx12, 45'sx10
rear delts on the pec dec - 70lbsx15, 90lbsx12, 100lbsx12

Great pump with both workouts. I am leaning out considerably. This Napalm/LX/DCP combo is perhaps the best fat loss combo I have ever used. I feel like every morning there is less fat on me. This is also because my diet has been pretty damn spot on. I re-fed myself some carbs this weekend, I ate some multigrain berry pancakes on Saturday. Other than that my diet has been pretty darn spotless. I have lost some strength, partly due to lack of carbs, weight loss, and I think the more I concentrate on form and muscle contraction, the less weight I need to use. I've been more sore this week than in a while, not sure if it is less carbs to help with recovery, or if I have just utilized my lifts more effectively because of the stricter form with lighter weights. All in all things are going well, I really like the non-stimulant fat burning. No more afternoon crashes!

Glad to see the stack is working for you. I start my similar one tomorrow (DCP,LX,and RPN Eviscerate).

Seated DB Shoulder Presses with 70's for 10 reps is heavy stuff there G-Money!! I've watched your strength steadily grow for over a year now. You are a positive influence on my own workouts. I'm always thinking of your fighting spirit when I'm waging war with the iron foe!!
I ask myself, "WWGMD?" What would G-Money do??!!
He would press on, fight through the pain, ignore the fatigue, and kill with power!!! :firedevil:

Keep slaying those weights my Berzerker Brother!!! :aargh: :swordfight:

That should be an awesome stack. You gonna log it? Send me a link if you do, I would like to see how the evicerate compares, especially as it's price is right on.

You're the man TG. I am glad to have you along for this ride.

As far as my workouts it is always WWTGD? ... It's when you pick up the sticky green that you should be asking yourself "WWGMD?" hahaha! :439:

Subbed g-money good luck on this here cut!
Thanks brotha, good to have you along! All finished with your PCT from the 1AD cycle?

Its the date I'm trying to peer pressure Money into as well.

It's on like donkey kong homie. May first it is.

20 minutes HIIT Cardio on Eliptical with 10 minute warm up.

Vascularity is way up, my definition is up. After my re-feed I weighed in at 197 yesterday! I am much leaner than before though. My strength and endurance is starting to fade a bit, as I am still adjusting to this low-carb diet.

Arnold had more charisma in his left ear than most of these bodybuilders today.

Don't try to lean up too much during PCT. You don't want to lose that hard earned mass!

Strength will get there, and May 1st is a good day to look forward to. Looking solid so far bro, i need to move to cali. All you strong guys seem to be around that area.

:hail:

i'm totally with you GMG. i'm starting to cut the carbs out from postworkout on, and lower carbs in my postworkout shake takes some serious getting used to. i had a mild headache for a few days chopping my carbs down to 150g from roughly 400g. now i consume all 150g before 1:30 in the afternoon, and it is frustrating as heck.

I never used carbs in the PostWO shake aside from a banana lately. I've been not packing straight whey for after the gym, but enjoying the walk home with the leftover BCAAs, and making a Timbershake when I get home.

I do have about 40 grams complex carbs with late dinner though. I can pretty much skip carbs the rest of the day aside from my dinner.

if you log it they will come! please reconsider, at the very least you will have laid down something you can look at a year from now and admire the results of your hard work and how far you've progressed.

alright guys, One last update for a little bit

Yesterday I did my Pushing workout.

BB Bench - 135x15, 185x10x4 sets. I am trying to get 10 reps with a weight, with perfect form, for 4 sets before I move onto higher weights. I really think I moved up in bench press weight to fast, at the sacrifice of form and muscle control, and I feel like I am an arm/shoulder bencher, and my chest has suffered. Well, NO MORE! Those 40 reps with 185 gave me an incredible pump and I feel the DOMS today.

Incline Bench - 135x15, 155x12, 175x8, 175x6, back off to 155x10
DB incline - 60x15, 70x12, 75x8, 60x10
Flat DB flies - 40x12, 50x10, 50x10, 45x9

Triceps - skull crushers - 25sx15, 35sx10, 50sx4 (lost my grip, 35sx10, 25sx20
Dips BW - 15, 15, 15 Triceps were smoked after this.

Abs - cable crunches 70x20repsx 3 sets
obliques (side crunches) - 3 sets of 30

Cardio - SSCV recumbant bike 25 minutes

I leave today with my band for 3 shows this weekend in Colorado. I am going to do my damndest to stay ontrack with my diet. It is going to be probably the most difficult time of this cut, as I am gonna be around 7 other stoners (5 other band members, a sound guy, and a merch guy) in a van, stopping at gas stations and fast food for meals. As long as I can get some non-breaded chicken strips I should be good to go. Protein bars and water... woo hoo. I am going to get shoulders and legs this morning before we leave... hopefully I can get some wind-sprints in on Friday and Saturday, and keep this cut alive. I'll be back posting on Monday.

See you guys then, I am off to aspen... which reminds me of dumb and dumber.

Harry: I expected the Rocky Mountains to be a little rockier than this.
Lloyd: I was thinking the same thing. That John Denver's full of ****, man.

Lloyd: What the hell are we doing here, Harry? We gotta get out of this town!
Harry: Oh yeah, and go where? Where are we gonna go?
Lloyd: I'll tell you where. Someplace warm. A place where the beer flows like wine. Where beautiful women instinctively flock like the salmon of Capistrano. I'm talking about a little place called Aspen.
Harry: Oh, I don't know, Lloyd. The French are *******s.

Only if you're doing less than 135.

I think it should be even higher than that. Use a machine, or a Smith or a DB. Squat racks are for multiple 45's on each side. Most gyms have a bench set up for over head presses anyway, no?

My vote is die. You may be losing your edge Timber. I'm guessing it will magically appear around May 1st though.

Oh snap! He just called you a p*ssy.

Oh snap! He just called you a p*ssy.

Come on man! Don't set me up for a Timber Beat Down!

I was implying that he has snapped on people for less and he may be, in his older and wiser age, becoming a bit more tolerable of that sort of stuff. I don't think that he is and I believe that he will be back to true Timber form soon enough. Beat Downs for all.

:sasmokin: Don't come through here with your gas can trying to get him all fired up!
:firedevil:
