GMG760 is entering an Anadrualic State (sponsored log)

Thanks brotha! I think it is water. I have done around 5 sessions of HIIT now, and my body looks A LOT better already... I plan on being 195 and cut like I was this summer in a month. If I can be 195ish and lower than 10%, I would say this was very successful, as I would be up 15lbs lbm since July when I was about 181 and 8-9% bf.

I just really like pushing the weight on the scale over to the 200's. :D

I'm only 25 though, 200+ is inevitable. If I hit 220, I'll be as big as I ever dreamed of being. I don't know if I would want to get bigger... I know it would piss my girlfriend off to no end  . WTF am I saying. Of course I am gonna want to get bigger.

Yeah, bro, it's quite amazing how quickly those HIIT sessions yield results. But how you do them that often is beyond me; They always had me sore as a mo-fo ! .. Do you switch up the machine used ? Stationary bike, elliptical and treadmill ?

15 solid lbs in one year; f*ck yes !! Awesome results once you get them; and you will; you're doing what I really respect; you're already envisioning it; you're making it a goal. That's the only way to achieve your aspirations !

Oh, and the girlfriend part .. I KNOW ! When it comes to the drastic physical changes in which we [us guys] are capable of, it's very important to have a supportive and understanding gf. I bulked two years ago; gained 45 lbs in 3.5 months; my gf at the time did NOT understand, NOR support .. a mere month upon completion of my bulk, we were history.

.. but at the same time, getting bigger, more dense muscle, more definition, more size; it's mentally and psychologically addicting ! You already know how it feels to jump up in strength or body weight in a short period of time; the Alpha Male mentality. Nothing's better .. untill the gf leaves .. lol

I have done HIIT on all of those machines, but I really prefer not to run unless I am outside... I get claustrophobic on the treadmill for some reason.

i honestly prefer the elyptical because I think it makes me work the hardest, while being the easiest on my joints. It makes me work up a sweat faster than any of them, so I probably use it more than the other machines. I do use the bike though.

HIIT on the elliptical; appreciate that suggestion, I never did that before. As a matter of fact, I haven't used the Elliptical since my Fall '07 cut; I became a StairMaster fanatic beginning of '08, thanks to my good ol' Volcom !

.. it's about time for some elliptical HIIT for viking as well .. not today, but following Christmas dinner !

I'm completely the opposite. Ellyptical is better on the joints for sure, but my best deal is on the treadmill.

I like swapping between the dual 7 minute miles, and the incline beatdown - which consists of 2 minutes of walking up an 11 percent grade, then running 2 minutes at 6.5mph up the same 11 percent grade off and on for 20 minutes... THAT will bust you up.

Sounds like a calf killer.

So today was an awesome day at the gym. I got the 225 for 20 for squats. My butt and legs are numb... I have a feeling tomorrow is gonna be rough. Again I would say that the aggression in the AS is what got me through the grueling workout. It's not as easy as lifting when you are "on", at least the weights don't feel quite as light as they did on Superdrol, but man my aggression to move them is there, so I have had no drop in strength.

1-5 Low to High. Rating after 7 days.

Pump: Incredible. 5 for sure. Better pumps than noxplode or superpump 250.
Mood/Aggression: 5. I turn on the hatebreed and flip the switch.
Energy: 4. I burnt out pretty much after my widowmaker, but that is to be expected. Again, not the most powerful "energy" feeling, but it definitely wakes you up. I have absoluetly no desire to go to 2 scoops as it turns out.
Strength: 5 for a natty supplement this one kicks ass!

I know there is a lot of herbal stuff in the AS that must be hard to mask the taste, and the taste of the fruit punch isn't bad... but I definitely would like to see other flavors if possible... I have a feeling I am gonna be tired of the fruit punch after my next bottle of AS. Not knocking the taste, just being honest that I think there needs to be some choice or I might get tired of the flavor.

I think I have gotten used to all the ingredients in the AS, no more lightheaded feelings or any nausea so to speak.

LEGS
Squat - 135x10, a buddy of mine (an older guy in his 40's who is pretty freakin strong let me use his weight belt (its way better than mine)) gave me the advice to do a heavy set of 5 before my widowmaker to help the widowmaker feel "light" at first. Let me tell you, I think it worked.

My next set was 275x5, then 225x20. I think I paused at 12, then at 16 then probably took a few deep breaths at 18. Around 16 it became all mental. I say, if you guys want to tear your legs a new one for a workout do a widowmaker. It's all upstairs. You can move the weight if you are in the right state of mind. Failure can't be an option, there is no such word as quit for the moment that you go for 20. I think a lot of people mindf*ck themselves into thinking that they are stuck somewhere, when they really just need to dig deep and feel the pain. Pain is weakness leaving the body. I really felt like I accomplished something I wasn't sure that I could do today. I was toast after this... not much gas left in the tank, but I finished off my ancillary leg exercises.

Stiff leg deads - 135x10x3 sets
Quad extention - 150x10, 200x10, 250x10
calf curls - 60x10, 70x10, 80x6
Calves - 3 sets of 20 at 130lbs.

a whole lot of stretching.

I feel like a million bucks.:head:

Awesome update man! Now I know why we picked you :P
Yeah a bit of variety of flavours would be nice, I agree, we will have to see if LG can make a flavour that masks all those ingredients well enough.

I can't wait to do shoulders and arms tomorrow on AS, should be pump city!

Looking forward to mine getting here. Start the New Year off with some good AS!!

I've watched that before.....that guy is my idol!! Hardcore with buckets and total failure.

Lol, TG needs to film a few work outs just to show all of us how its done:bb3:

That's 363 pounds that guy is challenging.

TG will say he cant do a Widowmaker set that heavy, but I know if the Doom Crew was there hurling encouragement he could kill it.

Then we'd go out and get some freakin BBQ and candy corn. F*ck the bullsh*t.

LMFAO! Candy corn? I hear that is higly anabolic and it'll get you hyugggeee:lol:

If I remember correctly from another thread one guy was thinking about getting 1-T for his dad. Now that is a cool freakin dad.

FYI, if you guys are interested in a decent Anti-Aging (HGH & Test) show there was one on FX recently,

Not trying to go off topic on your thread, but I thought it was a decent video. I swear we know more about these topics than the Dr. prescribing this crap. Let me know if you want me to drop the link.
yeah that was me. Ya my dad is currently using Hdrol. He is a strong mofo for his size and I have trouble keeping up on leg and back day

I've seen that video. Anytime you pwn yourself, you know you have done your best.

I think my girlfriend secretly likes it, she just has the whole typical stigma that is attached to bodybuilding. I think in her head I am gonna wind up like Jay Cutler, and that is just not the case at all. The more she comes to the gym and gets into it, the less she seems to bug me about getting bigger. She used to tell me A LOT not to gain any weight because it would make her less attracted to me... I just don't think she liked seeing me gain weight and look BETTER... when she has to lose weight (at least in her head she does) to look better. Now she goes to the gym 5 days a week and is turning into the little gym rat herself... I think she'll come around.

woohoo, G money found a gym honey! good for you bud!

I was at the LA Fit here in phoenix and I actually met a cutie that is visiting her family for christmas here...she's a socal girl too:D

I'll be back on sunday, we should do it up early next week!

My girlfriend is allergic to the gym, but she's cool with me beefing up. She digs big arms - which is the first thing to blow up on me anyway.

I don't know Timber..that chest of yours seems to puff up pretty quick!!hehheh j/k

Damn, fellas, happy to see ya'll lady-friends maintain their opinions on it all .. My ex handed it to me from time to time .. One day; I love your BIG arms! The next day; Your arms are too big! .. She was a tough nut to crack, changing her opinions on a daily f*cking basis.

.. now I'm doing it for myself .. and all the honey's at the clubs ! hahaha .. Oh, and I SWEAR by squats and deads being the best glute-creating exercises around; that's what my lady friends are telling me ! LOL

Yeah man... Its no easy task finding jeans these days. Chicks dig the bubble.

I knew it was you, but wasn't going to call you out. I think it is seriously cool that you and your old man share the same interests. As GMG said in another thread...There is something to be said about old man strength.

Good stuff buddy,
That was some good weight in that vid, like silver said, its awesome if you can share your interests with your dad, must be a great feeling.

That is so true. My dad is 6'3" 240+ 25(ish)% bf but he can throw $hit around like a mofo!

Actually, on Nov. 21 I did Widowmakers with 365 X 20. It was brutal. But I finished it. It took a few pauses. LOL But I have to be honest, mine were done on a squat machine. So that's a big difference. I believe I could do regular squat widowmakers with at least 315 X 20 though.
Oh, and I love candy corn!! :head:

Yeah He used to do powerlifting and ventured into bodybuilding when he was younger and then kept up with the powerlifting till I was about 12 and then he quit till about march of this year. Started back up and his strength has just exploded back. We have our different methods etc but it is something we both really enjoy plus its pretty cool to get shown up by your old man visa versa. All my friends think its badass he shows up and the gym and still pushes some serious weight and looks great for his age. He has put me to the challenge to look as good as him at 50, but I dont even look as good as him at my current age haha.

That is funny Texas. I say that to my 17 yr old now as well. I tell him to remember what I am doing now at 50 when he gets there. He is passing me in legs but I have him for now with everything else. Enjoy these times Texas!!

Yeah they are great fun no doubt!

So on Christmas Eve I got Arms, and today I did Back. The pump was good for my arms, my back felt huge today. I felt very strong on both days, especially for my skull crushers, which I think had been falling behind because of pre-exhaustion from my chest workouts. Today during my back workout I got pretty nauseous, but I pretty much drank the AS and went straight to the gym. I usually drink it about 45 minutes before. I think I am gonna stick with the 45 minutes before method.

Biceps/Triceps
Preacher curls - 25'sx10, 35'sx10, 35'sx6, dropped to 25x10
CG bench - 135x10, 185x10, 205x8, dropped to 185x6, dropped to 135x10
DB curls - 25'sx10, 35x10, 45x10 dropped to 35x10 dropped to 25x10
Skull Crushers - 25'sx10, 35'sx10, 45'sx7 dropped to 25's x10
cable curls - 100x12, 120x10, 140x9
cable tricep pressdown - 60x10, 80x10, 100x6

Back
Pull Downs - 160x10, 200x10, 230x5, 250x3 dropped to 150x10
BB rows - 135x10, 185x10, 205x7, dropped to 135x10
Tbar rows - 90x10, 135x10, 180x10, 225x4
RDL - 225x10, 315x8, 315x8.

So i guess its safe to say one scoop does the trick then.. even spliting it up at a 1/2 scoop twice a day . Have you gone 2 yet GMG?

Nice work G. I used to do my triceps after chest/shoulders. I now do them before I do back and the difference is amazing. Doing your biceps before your back could also influence your back w/o.
I am a little worried about this nauseous feeling you speak of with the AS. I have a very sensitive stomach...hell, NO Shotgun made me sick. Grila has all that matzo saving him..j/k
