That was my initial reaction (obviously), but I understand the basis of what he was trying to bring across. It was a bad example, but I've had my share of ignorant metaphors, so I can't stay mad.

No, I didn't ask you if you were full of ****. Nor did I attack you or accuse you of lying. I asked if it's possible the effects you were feeling might be placebo and that IS A FAIR QUESTION.

Now, the attacks against me are a little out of hand and uncalled for.

It won't be long before people come across this thread from Google searches and they don't know who any of you guys are or anything about people's reputations. Nor do they care. They're just looking for info and they're going to be glad someone questioned the results. The sarcasm and defensive attacks against me are not going to reflect well for the product. Everyone who attacked me sounds like a jerk to an outsider.

As for me, I don't really care much what you say about me; I'm not going to let my feathers get ruffled because some of you don't want anything here to be questioned.

Only disappointing thing is that GMG has been very helpful to me in the past. In fact he's been one of the most helpful users I've met here. I figured he knew that I respect him enough not to question his credibility; I thought about this before I posted and was pretty sure he wouldn't take offense to my question. I was wrong so now I assume he won't be helping me out in the future because of this but I do appreciate the times you answered my questions and shared your knowledge with me.

I work graveyard shift on my normal gig and workout right after as I do 8pm - 6am shift.
The E-911 should keep my energy flowing all night through my morning lifting.

I owned a pair of LA Gear flames, but in retrospect, the name of the shoe should have been a give-away. I guess that made me a flamer at the time.

Workout B3. AKA the "holy sh*t" workout.

BB curls -
WU - 45x10, 75x10, 95x8
WS - 115x8 rp 6 rp 5 = 19 Time to move that weight up!

Hammer Curls -
WU - 35x10, 45x10,
WS - 55x13

Hack squat toe press - 150x10

Sumo Leg press -
WU - 270x10, 360x10, 540x9
WS - 630 x7
Widow - 360x20

Front Squat -
WU 45x10, 95x10
WS - 135x9 time to go up in weight
Puke my guts out
Widow - 95x20

So today was an epic workout. I thought I was only gonna be able to do 6 plates a side on the sumo leg press, but I got to 9 and had more juice, so I went to 7 and was stoked on my strength!

But that widow from the sumo leg press did me in. I was dying during the front squats. I ended up puking between my working set and my widow for the front squats. Though, it ended up probably being my proudest moment ever at the gym. I puked in a garbage pale right next to the squat rack, cleaned myself up and changed the garbage bag for the trash can, then got my head on straight to get the widowmaker done. When I was setting up to do the widow maker, some kid apparently had been watching me puke my guts out from the bench press. He was working out with his dad, and goes "That guy just puked and he is gonna keep working out?", the dad, who is a regular and a pretty big dude just says "remember that talk we had about dedicating yourself to what you do? That is what I am talking about right there."

I pretended not to hear, but I was grinning from ear to ear.

DC is the epitome of a killer workout. After finishing my first round of workouts, I am already seeing changes to my body structure and muscularity.

Oh yea, I didn't have E911 today, I used Superpump 250 instead... boy I can notice a difference. I was gassed by the time I hit front squats, especially mentally. I really notice the mental acuity that E911 gives. I can't wait for my bottle.
 
final E911 review to come later today or tomorrow... I am a busy man this weekend....

BTW, did anyone catch UFC 100?

The Lesnar Mir fight sucked balls... I really have no desire to see lesnar fight again until they find someone who can stand toe to toe with the guy. Watching him sit on people is boring.

The Henderson Bisping match was KILLER THOUGH. Henderson has a wicked right. screw a KO, that was a KD.

Henderson is the man.

Yea, Brock acted like complete moron after the fight. Can't wait to see him get KO'd. :)

But good Lawd, that Hendo right was BRUTAL! Thats in itself was worth the price of the PPV!
 
I have to agree. Not how a champion is supposed to act. I still think he is 3 weight classes above anyone else in the UFC. Kinda rediculous to act like such a child about winning a professional fight especially when you outweigh your opponent by a good 30-40 lbs of muscle.
 
Exactly. I see it like this, one of two things will happen.

1) He will keep winning and eventually deserve the right to fight Fedor. He will then be killed.
2) He will lose and not deserve a Fedor fight.
 
The atmosphere in that building was crazy. I thought Lesnar was going to get killed by the crowd... which I think he still outweighed.

He only outweighed by like 20 and Brock lesner has a large amount of fat imo. I don't get why he looks so much larger. He reminds me of the russian from rocky just fatter. lol

i called LG today and Chuck said that they received the shipment this morning and they are sending it out this afternoon. So the rest of us normal doods shouldn't expect it til tomorrow or the next day.

i'm so excited, i'm about to lose my SH*T!!! :dance:

Ivan Drago? LOL... Dolph lungren wasn't that big honestly, Sly is just 5'6".

Dolph was way bigger in Master's of the Universe than Rocky 4.

The haircut though, is VERY reminiscent of Ivan Drago. :lol:

You are totally right. When he was in the WWE he was more ripped for sure. I think he looks blocky now. His back used to be frickin' hyuge in WWE. But over all he is a big, thick, giant dude.
But the tat is a bit G A.
