GlycoMyx Protein Waffles

I'm gonna work a bit getting the carb content down, but today I successfully combined the Protein French Toast mix with Glycomyx and some pancake mix to make some pretty damn good protein waffles.

Look for some betas next week. I know carbs for a double waffle are around 80, with 25g protein.

Carbs aren't going to be 80 after I dip these in a vat of syrup.

I got the wife a quesadilla maker for Christmas. I'll probably go ahead and buy a waffle maker at some point when it's on the cheap. I just am hesitant now because she loves making breakfast food as it is and I'm not trying to add the pounds back yet lol.

I picked up a cheap one at Amazon...it was like $20.

I just finished another waffle, slightly different recipe. I'm going to pick up that high gluten flour (80% protein) and cut back on the pancake mix and see how we do.

I love kitchen experimentation! Excited to see what you come up with.

We finally have a working oven again (burners worked, but the circuit board was fried and we had to reset the breaker every time to use the actual oven, so we hadn't in months), so I have a ton of new concoctions to try. Gotta expand my protein snack database.
