Glycobol - Questions/Observations

Maybe to some of the ingredients, but no one is a NON-RESPONDER to Na-R-ALA, try 1 cap pre meal, also list me your diet.

Do you want a whole day's meal plan or just the meals i eat post - glycobol? will do the latter but if you want to know more then let me know....

Well when taken AM i would have either:-

3 whole eggs, 7 egg whites, w/ 80gms porridge oats, and a slice of cheese, or,

Protein pancakes (250gms cottage cheese, 80gms porridge oats, 4 whole eggs, banana and blueberries)

or if i'm in a rush before work;

protein smoothie - 50gms whey, 50-100gms oats, handful frozen berries, 400ml milk, 50gms natural unsweetened yoghurt

PM would be grilled chicken/ fried lean mince beef/ grilled salmon w/ 50-100gms sweet potato (depends on a training day = more, non-training day = less) and 200 - 300gms fresh/frozen veg.

I've taken 1-2 glycobol anywhere from 1hour before to taking it WITH food and still nothing. Your opinion is very much appreciated Andrew. Am half-way through a bottle of this and i'm still hoping for SOMETHING in terms of effects

30 minutes prior for me is best, not 1 hour secondly, fried food is a BAD combo on the stomach, so by you frying your beef, you are asking for trouble when dosing glycobol. Beef is an inflammating based meat plus frying will just crap on ones COX inhibition. I highly suggest dosing it while looking at the clock, wait exactly 30 minutes and begin to chow down, this is how I do it.

If your not getting pumps it may be because there aren't enough carbs.

Glut 4 is insulin dependant so if u have great insulin sensitivity u simply may not be excreting enough insulin for those "pumps" so an increase in carbs may do the trick! Personally I don't think taking it with fruit will do much either due to less insulin secretion from fructose...

will eating the first born neonatal calf raw of a cow help the effectiveness if glycobol when taken with raw grain?....

Ok on a more serious note how long till one can realistically expect results?

And im guessing this can be taken year round or for however long you can afford

Well Zack 80g of oats should do the trick, and yes gohardorgohome, this can be taken without a break or till the pockets go empty LOL.

Is it 80g cooked? Or raw.

Bc 40g dry is 27 g carbs after u add water and cook it weight is obviously increased. Soo that really depends and 60g carbs may no be enough for 2gbol if insulin sensitivity is really good.

Wow...I never even considered that...dry vs. wet that is. For the last two days I have been doing two trader joe's oatmeal x2 = 60 grams of carbs with a few raisins and a little banana...probably up to 75 grams of carbs when all is said and done. To be honest after my meal at Fridays yesterday which included chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries and some extra bread thrown in the oatmeal can't compare. Is it possibly because if the high fiber 12 grams for the oatmeal and I am guessing not very much for that Fridays meal if any at all. After Fridays I felt like I could lift a car or two

Now i didn't know that about the fried beef  So would i be right in saying the likes of grilled salmon or chicken would be a more effective alternative then? Will wait EXACTLY 30 mins between taking glycobol and eating then. Willlet you know how it goes

Indeed please do, and do take what crazyfool said into consideration, add some more oats to the mix.

LOL, the energy sounds like those carbs you ate got stored real well LOL, good ol conversion of glucons.

And get rid of the fruit and add some other carb in it'll make the effects more pronounced. Remember fruit sugar can't be used as muscle glycogen and shifts metabolism toward glycerol prtoduction and fatty acids

it's 80gms before being cooked. so by my calculations, it loses about a third of its weight when cooked so that implies i should be adding another 27g or so to make it up to 80g? Will try this with breakfast tomorrow. 2 glycobol exactly 30 mins before eating and then will let you know how i get on

so would a banana in my breakfast protein pancakes REALLY affect muscle glycogen uptake that badly? they're hard to chew down without the banana in the mix

Well remember glucose can fill both liver and muscle glycogen ad aposed to fructose whiuch is just liver. ....

I personally think it'll make a lil difference

I would have the fruit first in the morning and wait an hour before having other carb sources to ensure that u use the fructose first
