Maybe to some of the ingredients, but no one is a NON-RESPONDER to Na-R-ALA, try 1 cap pre meal, also list me your diet.
Do you want a whole day's meal plan or just the meals i eat post - glycobol? will do the latter but if you want to know more then let me know....
Well when taken AM i would have either:-
3 whole eggs, 7 egg whites, w/ 80gms porridge oats, and a slice of cheese, or,
Protein pancakes (250gms cottage cheese, 80gms porridge oats, 4 whole eggs, banana and blueberries)
or if i'm in a rush before work;
protein smoothie - 50gms whey, 50-100gms oats, handful frozen berries, 400ml milk, 50gms natural unsweetened yoghurt
PM would be grilled chicken/ fried lean mince beef/ grilled salmon w/ 50-100gms sweet potato (depends on a training day = more, non-training day = less) and 200 - 300gms fresh/frozen veg.
I've taken 1-2 glycobol anywhere from 1hour before to taking it WITH food and still nothing. Your opinion is very much appreciated Andrew. Am half-way through a bottle of this and i'm still hoping for SOMETHING in terms of effects
