sweet poatoes are my favorite carb source and I feel better on sweet potatoes then just about any other carb source. nice Im glad its working for you

that is a nice improvement for being"natty"

I hate my gym for legs, there is so few options. The angle of the leg press suck, it's hard to really isolate quads or hams.

Those 3 prices of equipment would make my life so much easier and my legs so much bigger.

Feeling full today, had some vascularity in my hammy's today. Been a while for that!
 
Speaking of sweet potatoes. I definitely had my share of them tonight. Definitely one of my favorite veggies, especially while bulking.
 
Are you starting to get your routine figured out despite your schedule or are you still up in the air?

I think I've settled in. Bulk of carbs around my workout and workout fri/sun/tue, for now, that's 2 workouts on Days I have off work (if I decide not to pick up any OT)

Now contest prep, 100% different story, I still have no idea.

I was a little off with. my weights today. I guess it was my sinus's, made me feel crappy but strength didn't waiver. 2 rest days coming up, I think I'm gonna start on some cardio & abs.

Muscle fullness has been great. I'd compare fullness feeling to almost that of some "super supplements"

Last night I took my second dose and got caught up and waited about 45min to eat and holy crap, I was starving. I don't know if it was a coincidence or it was the glycobol.
 
Do you think you'll still be on this schedule come this summer or could that change?
 
Good luck. I hope that works out for you. How many hours of sleep are you regularly getting each night, right now? I couldn't sleep at all for the ninth months that I worked the swing shift. I would crash my first day off and would sleep 15-20 hours.

I get at least 7hrs a night but I'll crash for close to 10+ after my last day and at least 12 the following night. It takes a toll, that's for sure. I'm a little lucky I the sense I cam straight from the east coast to the west coast and started working so falling asleep was no issue to begin with. I m is other guys I work with stay up til 5am or so and will crash like you mentioned each week
 
My shift was 2300 - 0700 and then I wouldn't fall asleep until that evening, lol.

Nice volume, I'm starting a glycobol run with some RK and DCP this week. Enjoy the rest days!
 
Well turns out maybe that sinus problem was actually a problem. Fml, I'm feeling kind of crummy today. Hope it's not a sinus infection but I fear it is, I started antibiotics today just in case. Here's to feeling better in the morning for DC B2 :cheers

Feeling crummy still, gonna sack up & train anyways. Hope it goes ok, took sudafed(sp?), ibuprofen, and aspirin. Be great if it could kick in here soon.

Positive note I made a steak & cheese omelette this morning with oatmeal on the side. 2 caps 15 min before and I have a HUGE pump! Maybe I I jut sit here and flex it'll be the same as a workout and i don't have to brave this rain and sickness.....

Not that it'll make you feel any better, but I'm sitting here sniffling while I catch up on the forums. Dayquil + Tylenol + Aspirin helped me out a little earlier today, thoug. I had a sinus headache, but needed to mail some packages. I'm cheap, though, so I rode my bike to save on fuel, lol. It ended up being an hour round trip, not counting the time in the post office.

Lol, nothing better than a grown man on a bike. Ive been there too! I used the last on my DayQuil last time I was sick and had to work. If it wasn't pouring I'd probably ride MY bike up to the Walgreens around the corner lol
 
LOL. I was thinking the same thing while I was riding around town. I don't give a damn, though. It was nice out, though. I got my cardio in, ran some errands, and save some cash. It's all good.

I am up to an even 222.2lbs though. Didn't measure waist though today.

I'm thinking of buying a bottle and saving the week and change I have left of glycobol and using it for my contest prep. I've done 1 prep before without a product like glycobol so a compare and contrast would be possible.

ORRRR......

Final Review

Final 3 Week Review
I wish I would have been able to run the final week of glycogol, reason being it was really starting to work!
As most know, I am a big fan of Anabolic Pump and sensitive to carbs. I experimented with 2 different types of dosing with the glycobol the 1 capsule, 4x's/day and the 2 capsules, 2x's/day. Both 15-30min before meals, Here is what I found....

1 Capsule, 4x's/day (30~50gr carbs)
I had a recomp effect when dosing this way, After 2 weeks my waist measurement was down and my weight had stayed roughly the same. While all of this was going on strength was on a steady incline and all other measurements had stayed the same. I felt fuller (muscle pump) after meals.

2 Capsules, 2x's/day (50gr+ carbs)
I went to this dosing when I changed my workouts to DC style, along with DC training comes DC eating. Trying to completely separate carbs and fats in a meal, just pro/fat or pro/carb meals. With this it made it harder to spread out my carbs so I had to take in more in a smaller window, hence the 2 capsule dosing.

I actually GAINED weight with this dosing. I believe i was up a little over 2lbs in the week or so I had moved to this dosing. Waist measurement stayed the same and measurements everywhere else were up. Now it wasn't a 1/2" or even a 1/4" but it was enough to move the tape.

Sides
I did experience some big hypo symptoms, which was no one faults but my own. I took 2 capsules and sipped on a drink only having about 40gr carbs in it without eating much in the way of carbs earlier in that day.

Overall Thoughts
I bought another bottle. I'm starting contest prep here in a few weeks and in the first few weeks when carbs are high and Im not on any fat burners, I feel like this will work well. If things continue to progress well, ill buy another for following weeks.

I wanted to try the 2 different dosing to help others also. I know earlier on, id be on the fence on how to dose things. I didnt have much money so I wanted to get all I could out of a bottle of whatever so I hoped this helped some people out in that department.

Side Note:
Maniac Tastes Awesome!!!!! Works pretty good too, not a big kick on energy but pretty solid pump during my workout. I haven't tried any of my other samples yet, sadly I kind of forgot about them other than the maniac. :(

very nice review. Glad it worked for you and you keep measurements. This is calculated and that is how a person know if something may work -in this case , its good news for glycobol

3Z but I didn't take them. The way my flights were broke up all flights were about 2hrs so didn't wanna waste it if it does work ya know? I have a 5hr on the way home so I'll give it a go then ;-)

Thanks again for the review. I've heard several people state now that 2 bottles of glycobol you'll see a big difference.
