I see people say glutamine is glutamine but why are there some big powder jugs on the market that go for 50$ while there are also capsules (each one 1 gram) for around 13$. What is the difference if any?Can somone explain to me how a scoop of glutamine powder has the same benefits as a normal sized capsule

save you money, BACC's instead. a scoop probably have more grams of L-glut then a cap, probably costs less to

u can find 700g og glut of like $30-$35 if you look

$25 for 1000 grams of water soluble glutamine. A capsule can hold MAYBE 750mg, which means you would have to find around 1300 caps for the same price. I highly doubt you will be able to match this price.

How many capsules equal one scoop? That's your answer. ;)

I always have a hard time packing the capsules down into the scooper, myself.

It is useless. Save your money and buy some quality food or protein or even bcaa's.

I find it's easier if you mash up your capsules into a nice powder first.

You mean don't just add them to my workout drink and stir?

No, I actually measure out the powder and parachute it. Kinda makes you wonder why I go through the bother of taking capsules, mashing them up, and measuring them back out, wrapping in 1-ply toilet paper and swalling as I would a capsule.

I didn't think Thrive was out yet.

no, you pour your caps in a bowl, add milk and eat with a spoon.
