glutamine petides = king of potential or crappy wheat extract

The idea of an esterfied glutamine makes so much sense. Glutamine has always been the king of potential, but its low oral bioavilability has nocked it from being the seller it used to be.

The problem with glutamine peptides is that they are expensive and no one is really putting in products with a decent dose. Now I wanna get the real scientist in here. If I could find these in bulk, do you think they would live up to their potential, or are they just some wheat extract that will do less than l-glutamine?

you dont hear much about glutamine peptides anymore, 5 years ago they were all the rage

yeah there are a few companies (not well known of course) who have been making the glutamine peptide powders for some time now.....I was using one of them for a while, wasn't extremely expensive....but I don't like to use companies I am not familiar with. You'd figure peptides would be much more effective than free form glutamine....but its not like there are any scientific studies that I know of.....
