Hmmm I can understand the placebo effect, but my stumach loves the stuff. Sleep is tremendously better... I dont think its placebo, that hgh is high.

I don't recall saying it compares, as far as I could tell I was just logging how it effected me. You're saying mixed reviews - mine being good and yours being negative, thats a mixed review right there.

Gh turns into igf in the liver when you workout, igf is highly anabolic. Increased gh means increased igf which means ghrp makes you more anabolic. Your right, it doesn't attach to any receptors anabolically as a peptide.

I would use it again, I've said I think ill always run it now - I feel healthier. With or without anabolics.

HGH is expensive as ****, and I hear it takes forever to see results. I've seen results within days of starting. I wouldn't run HGH. I would run igf lr3, and plan to in 3 weeks.

All I know is this stuff makes me feel good, hungry, healthy, energetic,pumped, and vascular.

I'm adding in DAA for the increase in ghrh to see if I notice a difference, similar to cjc.

Day 20:

Bench 215x5x5/5/5/3/3
Two more tries or I have to drop another 10%
Then I did what I'm guessing is a crossfit circuit. Time to beat was 2:15, I did it in 3:05 and almost puked. Didn't think it was going to be that hard, ruined the rest of my workout, had to leave.

Day 21:

Starting DAA tomorrow.

Haha no, I just took it and after an hour they started hurting, so I checked them in the bathroom and they felt swollen.
 
Ok so my igf lr3 is in the mail, but I need to mix it in diluted vinegar? .6%, after sterile water? Is the prefilter mandatory? Cause I can't find em...

I have not started that yet bsxause I dont have the money for food and supplements. From what I understand is you gottA bring your a game with slin

Since vinegar comes as 6%, I dillute it to 1/10 and I'm ready to recon? Keep it refrigerated? Am I going to have problems if I don't prefilter it?

IGF1 LR3 is insulin like growth factor - acts like insulin, but its not. You don't need to worry about going into a coma, or even going hypo really if you keep the dose under 50mcg. Just make sure you have carbs going in at the same time.

I have a pre/post workout shake that's 90 grams of dextrose, 88 grams of whey, 5 grams of creatine mono, 3 grams hmb, in low fat milk which has 16 grams of carbs and 11 grams of protein. Half before, half after. Add in IGF and I expect good things.

Excited about tomorrows workout, I'm feeling pretty tip top.

Got in a fight last night: some guy started swinging at me and I smacked his hands out of the way. He grabbed onto me so I hip tossed him. Then he ran away. Guess he didn't expect someone a so much shorter than him to be able to toss him around. I wasn't trying to fight, but he shouldn't have came at me.

Haha I keep trying to tell you its not slin. I haven't ever heard of anyone getting really messed up by IGF, and slin can be dangerous if not taken properly. It's what gh turns into in your liver when you work out, and what makes gh anabolic(cause gh itself isn't anabolic from what I understand).

I can't wait to stack it with test prop...

Ya I almost lost it, was about to head butt him in the face.

And the marbles? That only lasted a couple days... they still seem larger but not sore.
 
So my IGF is here, and I don't want to wait! It's only 15 days, but I want to start it now. Honestly? Might start it day 33 - 8 days early, next Monday. Hard enough not starting it now. Flip side is I really wanted to see how I react to just ghrp/DAA/formastanzol. Haha what a predicament.
 
Day 26:

Bench: 215 5/5/5/3/3
Deadlift: 225 5/5/5
Bench press still sucks, but I can feel my deadlift getting better. Also cable tricep pulldown was 144 10/10 which is a pr. Just going to say ghrp hadn't really done much for strength, and I don't think I fully recovered in pct. Need to get bloodwork. DAA and formastanzol should help.

Energy is still great, sleep is great, and I'm always hungry. Joints feel good, my back is feeling pretty awesome too.

Would combining yohimbine with gh/IGF be synergistic? Your body is already being told to use fat as an energy source, and then your blocking the receptors that keep fat from getting mobilized. Has anyone tried this?

Had a real good workout today, I'm really liking the front squat shrug variation... Just dosed my ghrp and I'm starving.

Tried something different today: IM in my pec, and subq by pulling the skin on my left quad. Both were painless, don't think I'll be hitting my stomach anymore - those hurt and bruise half the time.

Ya shoulder, pec, quad, painless and easy to hit. I dont think there's any difference I'm terms of how fast it goes systemic either. Ftw.

Deadlift: 225x5 230x5 235x5

Graduated yesterday, so went to the gym today instead. Expected to feel like crap(drank last night), but it went well. I'm a little congested, hope I'm not getting sick.
 
Day 33:

Weight: 184.5
Unexpected cause I didn't eat much over the weekend.

Bench: 225 5/5/5/5/5
This was on smith, was waiting forever for a bench to open and it didn't happen. Made me mad.
Deadlift: 230x5 235x5 240x5
Feels easy again, which is awesome.
Gym closed early so the only other thing I did was 5x5 wide grip pull up with 15lbs at my feet.

I felt queezy before and after the workout, I think it was the IGF - gave my hands the shakes when I took it tell I got sugar in.

Day 34:

I've got to say I think the IGF is doing a lot for me, I felt fully recovered, and strong this morning, muscles felt full and solid. And I'm finally getting full nights rest - big difference. My girl said I'm looking huge, and a friend said he could tell I was on gear(I'm not), and my mom asked if I was.

I don't think I'm going to be able to hide it once I start my next cycle - I've been asked a lot lately "takin supplements? Your looking kinda swole." I was able to say no just hitting the weights a lot, and eating, but if I'm getting questioned now in the low 180s what's going to happen when I'm +200?

Haha ya, I can't wait to get back on gear n use a real pin. Dunno if I'll ever truly go on break, seems like I'm always on something. Off cycle? Seems like at least GHRP n maybe IGF will always be incorporated in the future. Why not?
 
Day 35:

Weight: 187

I was happy to see that when I stepped on the scale. Not so happy cause I'm currently waiting, and have been for 15 mins, on the squat rack. I hate when nothings open, need to get here earlier.

Work out went really well, good pumps, strengths up, left looking really pumped.

I like IGF so far.
