I'm looking at getting some GHRP-6 and if the finances allow - CJC1295
I still have an issue with dosing times.
Here is my eating and training schedule:
Meal 1 : 6:30 am
Meal 2 : 9:30 am
Meal 3 : 13:30
Meal 4 : 15:00 (Usually just a shake with raw oats, banana, and protein/carb poweder)
Then I have my pre workout drink at about 17:15
Gym With my drink of BCAA's and Carbomaize etc
Meal 5 : Post workout shake : Banana, Oats, Peanut butter, Glutamine and protein/carb powder
Meal 6 : at about 20:00-20:30
Meal 7 : Slow release protein in 1% Milk, with a handful of nuts. (About 22:00)
The morning dose is easy - 30 mins before breakfast
B4 bed is fine too. Except maybe the bit of fat from the milk.
Now my question is: When would be the best time for the 3rd dose??
