Getting Swole on Swole Stack (1 TestoPRO+ 1 Glycobol+ 1 Stoked)

Tueday was cardio. endurance increased big time at least that day. maybe it was the song in my ipod or my mood but I did interval cardio on the treadmill(13 incline) 3.5 and ran. 30 minutes cardio..abs and neck

I train Dc convention two way split was going to train Wednesday(same thing happened last week) I got painful stomach cramps and diarrhea ..same thing happened last night.two nights in a row, it was bad food. With all this food it is important to make sure it does not sit out an hour or so. I used to do this and thought nothing of it but I have had food poisoning 4-5 times within the last month where I could do train the next day.

so what i did I broke the split up(yeah I know it is not true Dc ,got to do what I can) Ill decide next week if I want to continue to the two way split.

couple days during this I got in about 3,000 calories so diet was not optimal.

Today Chest, Shoulders Triceps

Decline Barbell press
L.t. 275=14 x's
T.t. 280=10x's
~Chest stretch 45 lbs- lost count timer messed up

High incline Dumbbell press(Larry Scott range of motion)
l.t. 65lbs=16 x's
t.t. 70 lbs= 17 x's
driving wheel 25 lbs= maybe 30 seconds ouch

Nautilus Dip machine
l.t. 260 lbs= 20 x's
t.t. 270 lbs= 20 x's
tricep rope stretch 50 lbs= 60 seconds

very happy strength has increased.

Today worked in a different city doing promotional work for Across The Nation(Kodak printers are top of the line) on my feet all day then walked around the mall for an hour

~Libido I changed my mind on this for now My libido is though the roof I usually bust out at least two before I hit the sack in a row. This week alone I had to bust out four one night to go to sleep. this is uncommon..four in a row!(in a matter of two hours)(off subject but did not watch porn busting these four, used my imagination/girls I know)
~Sense of well being: Very well. it is nice knowing this stuff keeps my testosterone higher than if I would not of used. equals better sales/better personality, better gym results/increased confidence.

today was cardio 30 minutes interval cardio on the treadmill. endurance differently has increased. I would power walk a minute than run a minute than power walk..back and forth.

on the libido it is insane..usually I pop out one maybe two before bed . On this stuff especially this week I have been popping out 4. last night it was 5 times though out the night I had to wear myself out to go to sleep i was wound up from seeing all the hot girls in the city

(there is something about seeing hot girls in person and talking/interacting with them that raises testosterone levels making the sex drive mega horny that the internet does not do...you must talk with them interact with them to get the benefits though, even if it is a brief conversation) stack this on top of this stack and libido is unstoppable!

Today got a nice workout in. i did not go to full intensity but I did keep it intense as legs are a good body part and am focusing on full intensity on weaker body parts and maybe tone down the intensity(but still tear it up) on stronger body parts.

I stopped in the middle of todays training and abandoned it. I forgot my ipod as well which I listen to heavy metal which I think helps get me in an aggressive state of mind to push the training harder instead of that wussy music played at my gym.(it is just not good for training hard in my opinion for your average gym goer sure it is fine but not some one who trains with a lot of intensity) I am not saying it was because I forgot my ipod.

my joints hurt, feel worn out, tired,that is a sign to take a break and I have been crushing my numbers. I am taking a week break off from all weight training then another week of light workouts until i start training hard again.

Today training was schedule as chest shoulders triceps, backwidth backthickness...I stopped when i got to triceps as joints hurt and just did what I wanted and did not push myself..took it easy the rest of the workout.

Funny you mention heavy metal. I listen to Judas Priest it gets me over the hump to do cardio.

Friday abs(ring of fire routine) and cardio 45 minutes interval cardio...jog/run a minute than walk back and forth a few times..most of it was walking.

Saturday ring of fire...cardio until the gym closed...not long

I am going to try and force myself out of the gym until Wednesday when I start a week of light weight training to get my muscles ready for the upcoming intense training phase, planning on starting November 9th.

here is my review

~Improved body composition - my goal was to gain strength which I am very satisfied with. I may be a little bit leaner. I did a video where you can judge and I tried to get the same lighting and angles as before.(The angle/lighting may be off a little but it is close)

~Endurance possibly hard to tell I did increase cardio during this time and it might have improved.overall it is hard to tell.

~Strength gains This was my goal and I am very impressed. Strength went up either a couple reps or more or increased poundage...(and I was coming to an end of a blast) which is even better because at the beginning of a blast strength goes up fast.

~Increased Muscle Mass- I had to if my strength increased

~Libidio - higher..the swole stack boosts libido main products doing this was testopro and stoked

~Blood sugar/insulin level type feelings- more steady type feelings with my carb meals and maybe not as hard as an insulin crash

~General sense of well being, and how well I am feeling overall: pretty good. try it and see

~Testosterone levels (this is hard to do with out blood testing, in my opinion) I 'll do my best to give an assessment of this. .Can not say for certain with out blood testing, although i think it helped. I got acne on my face..like three pimples in the same spot where I used to get them when i had acne.

(as a note with this stack the only supplements I used was creatine)

Using a natty test booster/ test mimic (plant sterols) and an insulin mimic (Glycobol) looks a good combination.
 
It takes a couple days I think. My TestoPro one didn't show for a bit but it does now.

gains were awesome on surplus calories.

Currently, am on reduced calories, and have been for five weeks and strength has been slightly increasing. Here is what you are looking for
