Yes I expect this to give very lean gains and yes you can lose fat with this kind of product if your diet is on target. It definitely has the recomp aspect covered with the nor and even keep you dry with the epi.
Yah but how much fat have you dropped besides that. 19 nor is noted for fat loss on cycle. At least when using 2 step conversion, don't know why that is really.

yea C-most dr usually have them in the office- very good stuff, BE BUT WARNED- you might want to lower your protein a tad. this stuff brings on the niagra falls sh1its man. by the 3rd day, your good but wow. especially cause you take 2 pills on the first day. by day 3 u should feel alot better, but make sure you take it for the last 2 days
If it tears you up, next time take store brand probiotics and eat lots of yogurt... That should replace to bacteria that lives in your stomach and intestines and prevent the ****s... I took Cipro for three weeks over seas and had no issues with the probiotics...
Finally back on my feet and feeling better.
Going to do a more pump push, pull, legs to get back into the rhythm again. Then I will start full tilt back into week 4 of my DUP program. This will have the weights and intensity bumping up a notch, so I want to grease the groove a bit before jumping right into that.
As for weight, despite missing workouts for a week, I haven't lost any bodyweight, no noticeable fat gain, so I feel I have kept everything that the Cerberus and DUP have been developing. I hope to see more drastic changes now that I am almost four weeks in to Cerberus (with another 4 weeks to go) and the increased intensity in my training.

She is able to wiggle her legs a tiny bit and slightly move her thumbs. Not a huge amount but definitely evident.
It's amazing that this came on in less than 36 hours and is now almost 7 weeks in and progress is just starting.
Got to be thankful every day that we feel as good as we do!
