Getting my sweat on with derma therm! (Sponsored)

thanx fellas... ill see if I can get a pic going... im finishing up cardio today and today is it of my 2 hrs... now its just casual walking carbs dropped to 50... and protein... 200 if im'still hungry ill eat more... im looking shredded! started xpel two days ago... last day of two gals of water.... tomorrow one gallon... thurs 1/2 gal then sips friday and saturday...

sry for no updates im dying lol....

yeah man, only drinking a gallon today.... already feeling depleted... started my xpell monday and its drying me out pretty well... i will def post pics of the contest, cause im over with training... letting my body rest....
 
Well fellas laying in bed after a long day. My body is so sore from flexing so much lol.... i got second place in novice.... which is cool with me for my first time... i know what u need to do now.... open middle weight i i didnt place... but i t was a showdown for fifth place.... i lost... the guy beat me with a better upper body.... if i would of came in more shredded i would of won alot more...
My lessons i learned:
dropped carbs out way to early
Started a Fatburner way too
Posing i can get better at, of coarse...
Need to get my calories up higher and slowely taper down
Cardio start small and slowly taper up....
Fat burner at last couple of weeks... like third or fourth...
Loose most fat from cutting cals and cardio...

Thank you fellas for the support... might be a few days but ill post some professional pics later...

I would like to thank, all of yall for the help and support, my family that put up with my grumpy butt, my Lord and savior, and primordial performance....

There will be a next time fellas!!!! I will return!!!

Its all an experience -- everything is positive man.Good job getting through the show -- awesome reflection.Did you get any feedback from the judges?-Matt
 
Naw i completely forgot to ask the judges... i already knew what i was lagging in... which is back. Legs. And delts.... my posing wasnt great eithee.... but was decent for a beginer

So whats next? Why not keep dialing it in and strive for better conditioning? I am sure if you check the NPC calendar there would be something soon perhaps?

Good question matt...
Next im focusing on 5000 calories.... heavy lifting, mass excercises... deadlifts, squats, push press, bench press... i wanna get these numbers better.... 10x working till failure and one secondary lift...
I wanna really try to be able to get 5000 cals in... clean calories... well see... it will be a challenge thats forsure...

But i know where im lagging and its my legs my lats and delts.... so i wanna get these bigger before i do my next show.... i dunno well see... im looking at one day at a time...

Understood. Just do not get too stuck on numbers...

If 5000 calories adds on more bad weight than you like -- adjust it.

Just strive to pound away at bring up lagging body parts and find that right balance of


nutrition to stay in good shape while growing
