No it's just been almost 2 weeks since I shaved lol I'm just lazy. Thanks guys for the support. I was pumped about the work out this morning. Can't wait for Monday.
 
Man if I didn't shave for two weeks I would look like Kimbo Slice. Skullet and all lol.

Was a rough day at the track. Spotting can be so stressful. My heart palpitations are awful at the track which is making me think its a big anxiety issue.
 
Day 41 - 151.9 (+5.6) Back

Well guys I was up in weight to 155 on Saturday morning but 2 days at the race track with a considerable amount of running and lack of food killed that. I did however feel strong in the gym this morning. My damn shoulders always fatigue during back day. My Yates row may have been a PR but I'm not positive. I want to give a shout out to monte and wish him the best of luck with what he is going through right now it's tough and iv seen it twice and never want to again.

Thanks for the support brother. Prs!? Saaaay whaaaaat!? Keep lifting hard and keep those calroies up! Are you able to take food to the track? Maybe next time pack some meals up so you don't have to rely on vendors.
 
It's not so much the crappy track food it's the time. I do a lot so there is not a lot of time to sit down. I made up for some of the cals at night they just were not good cals lol. They tasted great though haha.
 
Impressive on the yates row. My back is somehow completely inferior to the rest of my body. I need to clean up the mess!

I'm trying to get my back stronger. See if it will hold up better.
 
Yeah I've notoriously half assed back for 2 years. I just "did it". Didn't have a great drive like my other lifting days. I've been pushing it this semester, gotta get back on track.

Day 43 - 153.7 (+7.2lbs) bis and tris

Today was a fairly good day for me. Went into the gym just wanting to smash weights. I put in some solid volume and with the way my arms feel now I really got after every movement.

If you're gonna try a PR on one of the big lifts, better start pounding the carbs now. Carbing up hard the day before a max attempt, besides a decent night's sleep, is the number one way to make that barbell your b***h. Plus it'll help you keep piling on the lbs; you're growing like a weed man.

Yeah I got some solid food in me to ight Hyde, just got my G8 down and time for 7 hours of sleep and then getting after it tomorrow. Squat will be the first movement and then anything else that I feel like making my bitch for a morning.

Protein powder, oatmeal, banana, peanut butter and honey, blend up a couple of these next time you go to the track. Takes 1 minute to drink and packs 610calories.

You will see guys I keep my leg days short. As short as it might be my legs don't take a lot to get fatigued. Broke my squat PR by 20lbs!
